But one thing I’ve always avoided is actually cooking! But today, I change all that by joining a Grenadian chef in the kitchen to prepare our dinner! The callaloo soup was excellent, and I loved the cod cakes with my David’s Hot Sauce. I also loved the flavors and the Creole tuna, as well as the coconut and rosemary in the rice!
