During my time there, I got the chance to spend 24 unforgettable hours in the city of Khiva, an ancient Silk Road city that’s known for the impressive number of historical sites in its walled city, Itchan Kala. I explored the city with over 70 other digital creators from around the world as part of the World Influencers Congress. Together, we visited local craft vendors in the walled city, checked out the historical sites, and ate some amazing Uzbek food you can only find in Khiva! Its width and general shape is very different from other minarets, and it’s become the signature site in the city! We also checked out Minaret Islam-Khoja (the tallest minaret in Central Asia), Djuma Mosque, and Tash-Kovli Palace, among others! We also tried tons of amazing food! From the unique barak dumplings and colorful shivit oshi noodles at Yasavul Boshi Restaurant to the mouthwatering plov we ate in the shadow of a massive minaret at Khiva Karakul, we ate good! But instead of me telling you everything we did, let me show you! Come with me as I explore Khiva for 24 hours! Where have you been? Subscribe Here! http://bit.ly/DavidsbeenhereSub
