Christmas Robin Drawing with Holly | Realism Bird Drawing In this video, I am drawing a robin with holly. This drawing took me 9 hours to complete, and I really enjoyed it, it's one of the first bird/animal drawings I've done in months. I did this drawing for my college Christmas card competition. I received an email to hand in a drawing I've done for it, and that's when I realised I don't have a Christmas themed drawing, so I set myself to drawing that classic looking Christmas of a robin with some holly, but I wanted a slight twist on it, so I decided to draw a robin in flight, about to land on the holly bush. I am really pleased with how this drawing turned out, and I learnt quite a bit from it. The robin itself, was not overly complicated (apart from the wings), and the holly was just really time-consuming to get the colour composition right with the snow as well.
