0:01
this is the home where you'll find your
0:05
peace where you'll connect with your
0:07
inner Dary Dary Dary what are you doing
0:10
man what do you mean what I'm doing I'm
0:12
we need to sell this property I need to
0:14
entertain my viewers I understand but
0:17
the main goal is to sell V Charisma but
0:20
look this is my way this is my way okay
0:23
this is a house we are a real estate
0:25
agency and we need to sell the
0:27
properties all right okay hi everybody
0:30
my name is z Maxim and this is fisma
1:03
and welcome to Villa Charisma look at
1:07
this beauty that I have behind me and I
1:10
hope you liked this Zen intro that we
1:13
made for you and look I've changed the
1:15
style today I'm a little bit more hippie
1:17
more relaxed because this is the flow of
1:20
the house and that's the word we're
1:21
going to be using a lot flow because
1:23
this home is designed with to go around
1:26
with a very nice energy so look first
1:29
thing when we come in we've got this two
1:31
big pillars with double ceiling with a
1:34
nice big wooden pivot door here on this
1:36
side and then all on the exterior we
1:38
have plants palm trees and grass that
1:41
takes you down to the bottom over on
1:42
there there is actually a an entrance to
1:44
go through to the Garett and then here
1:46
on the top there is another parking
1:48
space with a carport on top to park at
1:51
least two cars and two on the outside so
1:54
park your car and come straight inside
1:56
look at this gry Stone gives a very nice
1:58
contrast with the brown the gray and the
2:01
white okay so now it's time to go and
2:04
check out the inside welcome to the Zen
2:08
home we got an open staircase look at
2:11
this wooden staircase that takes you all
2:13
the way to the top here on the back we
2:15
got some blinds that go all the way
2:16
right up to the top and then when you
2:18
come into the entrance we have this
2:21
glass ceiling why do we have this
2:23
because the home is about transparency
2:26
about being honest about authenticity so
2:28
it brings also a of light and they have
2:31
an office upstairs so it's very cool
2:33
that this bridge has this glass window
2:35
coming through and we come into the
2:38
living room space we've got wood at the
2:40
back with a light coming down from the
2:43
top nice place here to relax more ahead
2:46
we have the Telly but like I say it's a
2:48
Zen house so they're not really here to
2:51
watch study and then on this side we'
2:53
got dining table looking out to
2:56
spectacular views of the Terrace and
3:00
it's very Zen home so we need an
3:02
important kitchen to be able to make
3:04
some nice food we want a lot of space
3:07
big open fridge we got stove we got all
3:11
of the big cen's extractor so it's not
3:13
hanging down looking ugly so it sucks
3:16
everything up so this is a very good
3:18
place to clean everything up here on the
3:20
back there's also an access to the
3:22
exterior so if you come in with a shoing
3:24
you can go straight in through there the
3:25
pantry room let's say also has the
3:27
washing machine the dryer and I few
3:29
other places to leave some stuff in
3:33
but guys we're not going to lose any
3:35
time and we're going to go straight out
3:36
to the exterior because this for me is
3:39
the Wild Thing of the
3:53
home so very convenient there is pocket
3:56
windows that hide completely away
4:00
dining table of course with these nice
4:03
chairs over here and then another place
4:04
to relax with all of the Pebbles on the
4:07
wall and if you see they use a lot of
4:09
different materials here we have a
4:11
different type of stone and it gives a
4:13
lot of mix through the house so here a
4:16
place to chill and also there is a lot
4:17
of plants and I like that they put all
4:20
of these curtains around because it
4:21
gives a very very calm feeling and then
4:24
we got the pool area that for me this is
4:28
a wow it literally feels like like um in
4:30
Indonesia okay we got a grass sa area
4:33
over here is very cool if you would like
4:35
to do some yoga and things like that
4:38
over there there's like a little Hut to
4:40
sit down to meditate and be able to
4:41
relax inside and it's cool because here
4:44
we have Sun nearly all day and it's very
4:46
nice that there shade from the palm
4:48
trees look at this beauty it's got these
4:50
gray stones in natural gray stones in
4:53
that is not very typical so they're
4:55
actually not swimming pool tiles but it
4:57
looks very cool inside and then of
5:00
course we come more ahead and we come to
5:02
the exterior kitchen because this is a
5:04
place for family and friends and to be
5:06
able to relax we got big oven and also
5:10
we got a thing here to cook with the
5:12
barbecue this is enormous this must have
5:14
been a lot of money and then over on
5:16
this side we've got another
5:18
extractor look that little details
5:21
another cooker here and you can see the
5:23
house is charisma so it's all detailed
5:25
through the whole house and then we got
5:28
look at this look at this Beauty Stone
5:32
sink like it a lot and then here at
5:35
place be able to relax eat some food ah
5:40
just look I hope you can see this angle
5:42
from what I'm looking at just looking at
5:44
the house from this side with the
5:46
swimming pool the two pillars on this
5:48
side and then the entrance of the house
5:50
with the staircase going up it's a very
5:53
calming and everything has been
5:55
precisely done in details you can see on
5:57
this house of course wooden pagara and
5:59
top using a lot of natural materials
6:02
here we got a cord that is tied down
6:04
that this closes down so that no sun
6:06
comes inside but for come with me what
6:09
is this in here I bet you won't expect
6:12
this we got the exterior toilet and they
6:16
still kept a cool baliness feeling even
6:20
for here the home is surrounded with
6:23
chill out area and places to relax so we
6:27
got here on another side I love the
6:29
white curtains it gives such a nice
6:31
feeling and just from here I literally
6:34
feel like I'm in I'm in a different
6:36
country love you got full palm trees all
6:38
of these plants and a lot of peace also
6:42
and over there look how cool this is
6:44
we're looking straight over to a outdoor
6:47
shower okay so this was all handmade
6:50
with the Pebbles and more natural stone
6:55
so nice quick shower all right what is
6:58
that more what is this I got a feeling
7:02
fire yes these are for
7:04
candles okay moreover on this side
7:07
follow me damn look at this chill area
7:11
over on this side and I'm seeing at the
7:13
back that is bamboo so they've created a
7:15
whole wall of bamboo to do a barrier to
7:18
not just put a a normal simple wall and
7:21
you can see Mr Buddha here at the back
7:24
this is an absolute Masterpiece I don't
7:27
know what material this is but this is
7:30
absolutely enormous and plus it's also
7:33
with light so in the evening all of this
7:38
up and then here we come to
7:41
the what are you doing here this is the
7:44
meditation room r t in the house this is
7:47
V like Charisma and this is where the
7:49
Zen and the energy connects good energy
7:52
here very good energy with the flow with
7:55
the flow the house has got a lot of flow
7:57
a lot of it very nice a quick a quick
8:00
question I know you know a lot about
8:02
this home no yes how how much square
8:05
meters does the plot have
8:12
485 yes very nice okay I think we're
8:16
going to leave you back to meditating
8:18
thank okay so very nice to meet
8:22
you hello is this the place to come and
8:27
recover yes sir everybody let me close
8:29
this door they've used different
8:32
materials in all over the place it's not
8:33
typical on luxury homes first thing we
8:36
have is nice big double bed with the
8:39
infinite sign on the wall more ahead we
8:42
got bathtub all the way from Bali how
8:45
cool is this at the back we got some
8:46
shelves to put some ornaments and then
8:48
we come to the shower place okay we got
8:51
it literally feels like I'm in a retreat
8:54
sorry to say so we got some towels a few
8:56
more things and then the open shower
8:58
look at this because this this is your
8:59
routine you're doing this every day you
9:01
come here have a nice shower look into
9:03
the exterior and plus the sun is hitting
9:05
you firsts thing in the morning here
9:08
that's great and of course if you have
9:10
guest over you've got a blind that takes
9:12
you all the way down come with me and
9:14
ladies ladies ladies this is for you we
9:17
got the magical open Walkin wardrobe
9:21
okay we got enough space here to put
9:23
clothes and then more here on the back
9:24
and as you can see there's a lot of
9:25
girls women's clothes so I can see the
9:27
man doesn't put a lot of his stuff in
9:29
here I think this is quite typical and
9:31
then this diffuser that they've done
9:33
here is very cool last little thing
9:36
because you'll be like okay we're
9:38
missing the toilet where's the toilet
9:41
the toilet is in here so they've
9:43
separated it like the French do so nice
9:45
dep pend them because the house is quite
9:47
open okay everything it's all quite
9:49
connected and quite a minimalistic space
9:52
and then through here what is this got
9:56
the outdoor Terrace wooden floor when
10:01
outside and then of course we have here
10:04
cords completely natural overlooking
10:07
straight to the swim pool so nice chill
10:09
area follow me because I have another
10:11
bedroom that I would like to show you
10:14
Namaste we come into another Calon
10:16
bedroom double bed with wardrob on this
10:19
side look at the LED strip up in here
10:21
through the top and then of course
10:23
picture windows with two big windows on
10:25
the top that open up looking out to the
10:27
views from your Terrace over on here
10:29
another picture window look into your
10:31
Terrace with a inbuilt bathroom we' got
10:35
the sink over here shower and the toilet
10:37
on this side a lot of very nice energy
10:40
going along Abit dress this is the third
10:44
one and we got to keep that piece inside
10:47
look at this double bed with all of this
10:49
Frame all around okay and then more over
10:52
here you come and then this takes you to
10:54
the bathroom all connected look at the
10:56
wooden floor how it connects little
10:59
all made out of natural wood with stone
11:02
here on top so this is pure pure b style
11:06
there is a lot of art around the house
11:08
and you'll be asking where are we going
11:10
to now there is another bedroom but this
11:12
is a apartment separated completely from
11:14
the house connected to the exterior of
11:17
the home okay so they got some cool
11:20
designs through here and this takes you
11:22
in straight to the underground apartment
11:26
okay you also have a phone that connects
11:28
straight way to the exterior so if
11:30
someone calls or buzzes you can answer
11:33
here so for living room open a big
11:36
American kitchen so we have space and
11:39
then over here we have one
11:41
bedroom with the white curtains like I
11:44
was saying before with a nice big double
11:46
bed to relax and of course a mirror on
11:49
this side man this is this is enormous
11:52
more of the wardr takes you to the
11:54
bathroom sink over here and then big
11:58
open open showerhead I love it I love
12:02
this type of style especially when they
12:03
put picture windows in on the side
12:05
because you have a lot of light coming
12:06
in and you don't want to feel like
12:08
you're having a shower in a closed of
