behind the scenes in response, but the

bottom line is that parents are worried.

all questioning it.

We just got emails and text messages.

So, I found out about this um last

night, late last night.

According to a message sent out by the

district superintendent of parents, it's

all due to a cyber attack.

Why wouldn't they not be allowed to go

just because of a cyber attack? Now, if

there's a threat made, okay, I

understand that. And that's that's what

the parents want to know. Was there a

threat being made against the entire

We're told it's a complete network

outage with none of the phones or

computers in the district working.

Pretty much anything that connects to

the internet is disabled. This is what

Chances are that I mean they've brought

together I their IT staff. Uh they've

probably brought in some external cyber

security experts, legal adviserss and

leadership and established what we call

an incident response team.

As that team tries reversing the issue,

their chances that the attack may not

have been fully directed at the district

to begin with. It doesn't take a whole

lot uh for these uh for these attackers,

right? They've got AI systems that are

essentially out there trolling and

looking for those weak links, but

sometimes it just takes somebody just

clicking on the wrong link.
