I see pretty interesting news, Mahesh, where Microsoft is a leader in 2021 Gardner Magic Quadrant for Cloud AI

We have seen how rapidly Microsoft has grown in the field of AI

and there's an ecosystem and how much it is investing. You have now AI capabilities in Office 65, in Azure, in any other Microsoft products that you use

So what do you think about being a dear in the magic quadrant, Gartner

Yeah, AI is growing. I think Azure itself is growing a big time

You know, I'm seeing more and more activity there. We are using some of their products

They're pretty cool. Yeah, this is definitely growing. There's no surprise there, actually

Yeah, exactly, exactly. So great improvements on there. And the next one that we have is the interesting update is Google Android's open source project supports Rust

Now, I don't know much actually about it, but I don't know much about this either, but Lexon, new size itself

So you are a Rush developer and you want to work on that project

So there you go. And pretty interesting thing. The next one is Microsoft open sources C shop standardization

Now, the reason I find this very interesting is in your last

in your previous show, previous show, we had Bill, who was actually talking about

on how C shop has gone open source and how more community can go ahead and engage

And there's more things coming. with open source C-sharp standardizations and that's pretty interesting

Yeah, I think it's already everything is the C-sharp is open source almost

Slowly they're not. So that's kind of the direction. Sometimes it takes time to open source everything and I think that's where this is

It's just taking time but every, you know, library and even internal, you know

anything else which is not open source probably will be. Yeah, yeah

And it's pretty challenging to manage open source projects, right? Yeah, it's not as yet it seems

I know everyone might have tried open source in their project, and it is just somewhere on the internet now

Having said that, the other one that we have is Microsoft updates at Tripitrafting

all data is b.net code, all data 8.0.RC. I wonder what is that

I am not a dot net guy. Yeah, I'm not sure either

Java it pretty interesting that Microsoft also does conferences that is related to just focused on Java And we also have some of R MEPs who come from Java background and work extensively on Azure

So Azure is pretty open source. Mahjah, Microsoft wasn't this way almost like eight, ten years back, right

They were very much focused on their ecosystem. And we have seen big changes in recent times

Yeah, and I think their focus really right now is get everybody on more like use their Azure services

That's the direction they're going. I think developer tools like Visual Studio, C Sharp language, compilers, they are pretty much open source

All of them are now accepted, you know, maybe a couple of exceptions

Yeah. But there's the direction it is, right? And the idea, the way things are growing, it looks like, you know, more and more tools are coming

Goal will be, okay, build the application quickly deploy and cloud and let it run

That's the kind of direction going. Yeah, exactly, exactly. I think, and definitely it makes sense

And let's move to our second segment that is the live shows that we do

So we do a bunch of live shows. I say we stream eight days in a week, starting from Monday

That is we do Azure AI show. It's coming off a long time

So on Monday, we're going to talk about the Azure version machines dedicated for data science

So Azure has different kind of instances and are one of their best instance that

they have is a virtual machine just dedicated for data science. It only has some amazing libraries installed

You don't have to go ahead and sell anything, has great chip use, allows you to go ahead

and run your models pretty efficiently. What kind of cost you, I must say, but never mind

It's worth it. So that's happening on Monday. Then we take a break on Tuesday

You don't have got with growth this week. But on Wednesday, we have AI4.2

I missed the space. And this week we're going to talk about Python versus R

Pretty hot topic, just the way people compare React versus Angular. In the field of data science, it is more about Python versus R

So on Wednesday at 12 noon, we're going to talk about Python versus R

Then on Thursdays, we're going to have a bit of AI. Amazing show by Hank and Amy

Cloud Advocates at Microsoft. It's at 1.30 p.m. It's focused more for the European in Asia

oceanic people so they interview guys from the AI ecosystem and it's pretty pretty fun show

and on Friday we have good mindset shows and this week we started in the brand new series

build better software and the next Friday we're going to have the episode number two

now Mahesh how was your first episode you looked pretty happy in that episode I was just

watching it back again yeah to build better software is kind of space I am you know I like

I'm passionate about much fun. Purpose of this series is as a part of growth mindset is focus on things like how do you build better software and better software does not just include writing code

It's more than just code. It's entire kind of ocean of this whole software development teams

you know that includes your UIUX your designers your testers your developers architects

even project managers and everybody in the in the who is building the software so and it's

pretty open the the show is kind of again open means that people can jump in they can share

what they're seeing they're doing how to build better software that's kind of our goal around here is

to talk more of this this topic is not talked a lot because you know companies they have their own

plan they know what they how they want to do things but nobody openly talks about how to be you

know combined team there's a lot of talk on the coding right or how to write better code how to write

this best practice is this and that but when it comes to everything combined

from your requirements to your testing to your building to your deploying all that this is the kind of whole idea I think this show we will have

probably 12 episodes the change we may have more or less each episode will focus on

one part of the software development okay all right all right so yeah that that's

we had a great audience the other day we I think in in the recent part it was the

episode that reached maximum audience few fixes we need to increase the font size I think that's what even David and the other audience are saying so

maybe next time we'll have to go and increase the fun size apart from that we

also have the rocking the word do you hear some noise or just me I don't hear it

from my side okay good okay maybe is it's a laptop fan maybe I think so no I hear

it's fun this good because my my this guy is not capturing it so that's a good thing

Dave, he's on episode number 21. He is chasing very fast the AMA series

So I got to invite more people on the AMA show. So this week, I don't actually remember the guest

actually but never mind apart from that as you know on Saturdays we do you should

more content on blockchain that's that's kind of our focus is blockchain

technology is growing there's going to be some exciting project we're going

to start working on as well. So there's also going to be a need for blockchain developers

So if you are interested in learning, learning blockchain, especially in C-sharp and dot net space

there is going to be some jobs as well And right now as of now we are hiring probably and we are hiring four or five people four five developers who want to learn blockchain C and dot net using Stratus

So let me know, let us know if you are looking to get into the blockchain space

We are hiring employees for that. And this is going to continue to grow

I can see that. There's some projects coming up soon. And I think, which, we are also working

working with some students and all we may also go ahead and progress on that part

Yes, so there's going to be more announcement coming up on we are going to do some hackathons

and some training certifications as well all around blockchain. The reason is that we want to start

this early. So that's kind of the idea. Okay, that's great. So anyone who wants to keep

be sharing this uh excuse me very soon and then on this we'll also show now all the latest updates on

Whenever it really had live shows content under the category pages, the technology's pages

So, this would be related to the same category, like Angular, then we'll have Angular live shows or it is coming the latest

It depends, right? So each, you know, each and every category is not going to have shows

around there, right? But this would be more like a combination of videos

recent videos through live, they were submitted. So we don't know their content, what's going to go there

But the idea is, if somebody is following Angular and there's a new show is going to be there

then get notification. That's great. Yeah. That's great. So you can just go ahead and follow any technology

Then you'll get weekly or monthly updates on that too. So that's pretty interesting

Yeah, I like the new ebooks option too. So if you just follow one category

you get everything. You get recent posts. You get training articles. You see who are the top contributors

You can test your knowledge. You can also learn. You can download free ebooks and definitely

watch some of the past live shows too. So that's a great thing that we're going to bring in the second quarter

Apart from that, I think that's all we have updates for this
