I Just Toured a Custom PREFAB HOME with Unexpected Features… These are my thoughts

I toured a 264 square foot prefab home and it had a few unexpected features. The home is a studio model that was built by drop structure and everything is on one level. I have following drop structures for a few years now but this as my first time checking out this specific model in person.
