Tender Crock Pot Sirloin Tip Roast with Herbs
Ingredients: - 3-4 lb sirloin tip roast - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 onion, sliced - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon dried rosemary - 1 tablespoon dried thyme - 1 teaspoon salt - ½ teaspoon black pepper - 1 cup beef broth - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional) Instructions: 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sirloin tip roast on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. 2. Transfer the roast to the Crock Pot. 3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Add to the Crock Pot. 4. Sprinkle rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper over the roast. 5. Pour the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce over the roast. 6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shreds.
