It combines tender, spiced chicken with nutrient-rich whole grains and fresh vegetables, delivering a balanced mix of lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Perfect for a post-workout meal or a quick, satisfying lunch. Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into strips), 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 4 whole grain tortillas (10-inch), 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 avocado (sliced), 1 cup spinach leaves, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 lime (juiced). Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and lime juice to make a spicy sauce. Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds. Assemble wraps by spreading 2 tablespoons of sauce on each tortilla, then layering with 1/4 cup quinoa, spinach, avocado slices, and spiced chicken. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then roll tightly from one side to enclose the filling. Repeat for all wraps. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal. Makes 4 servings.
