Miso Garlic Air Fryer Tofu Recipe Ingredients: - 1 block firm tofu (14 oz), pressed and cut into cubes - 2 tablespoons miso paste (white or yellow) - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey - ½ teaspoon ground ginger (optional) - ¼ teaspoon black pepper - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional) - 1-2 green onions, chopped (optional for garnish) Instructions: 1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, rice vinegar, maple syrup, ginger (if using), and black pepper until smooth. 3.
