There are a few ways to create a PDF file on your mobile device. Here are two popular methods:
Method 1: Using the Google Drive app
Install the Google Drive app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the Google Drive app and tap the plus icon (+) in the bottom right corner.
Select "Scan".
Take a photo of the document you want to create a PDF of.
Tap the checkmark icon to save the scanned document.
Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner and select "Download as PDF".
Method 2: Using the Google Docs app
Install the Google Docs app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the Google Docs app and create a new document.
Type or paste the content you want to create a PDF of into the document.
Once you are finished, tap the three dots icon in the top right corner and select "Download as PDF".

You can also create a PDF file on your mobile device using other apps, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word, or Evernote.
