OpenAI Global AI Push

OpenAI is expanding its global push to help governments build more data centers and accelerate the use of AI in sectors such as education, healthcare, and disaster preparedness. The initiative, called OpenAI for Countries, aims to close the gap between nations with different levels of AI capacity. Former U.K. finance minister George Osborne and OpenAI executives are meeting with officials in Davos as 11 countries join the program. OpenAI said it was recently valued at about $500 billion and is exploring a potential IPO worth up to $1 trillion.
