I've mentioned in the okara (soybean pulp) oatmeal recipe that I started making my own soy milk again, and here comes the by-product: okara (soybean pulp). I was just running out of my granola, and it suddenly came to my mind that I could incorporate okara into my granola recipe, so here we go!
