Rupert Everett 'ruined' himself in order to pursue buff body

Actor Rupert Everett has confessed he "ruined" himself in the gym when he was trying to achieve a perfect body - admitting he couldn't "be bothered" with making sure he lifted weights safely and he's now paying the price.
