While people in the Netherlands are getting ready for “The Passion”, Easter for people in Peru is a real religious experience, full of different festivities and traditions. The Catholic faith is celebrated extensively there. In addition to these festivities, there is of course also good food. In this blog we are going to work with a fish soup recipe.
