Making whipped cream puffs has been on the “too-bake” list for a long time. After making those delicious strawberry shells, I still had some mascarpone whipped cream left over. The choice was made quickly, because we don't throw away. I think you have all the ingredients for these puffs at home. And otherwise it's done in no time, because in about half an hour you can in principle already taste your first cream puff. Besides that you can eat these whipped cream puffs as a sweet pastry, you could also fill them savory. Think soft goat cheese or a ricotta filling.
