Interview with Pete Davidson and Dog Man Creator Lighting the Empire State Building

Attractions Magazine Junior Reporter Chase Landell chats with star Pete Davidson, who voices the character of Petey the Cat in the new Dreamworks Animated film Dog Man, along with Dog Man creator Dav Pilkey. They were on hand to participate in a lighting ceremony at the Observatory, with the Empire State Building lit up in the signature colors of Dog Man’s police uniform: blue and yellow. Following the ceremony, Davidson and Pilkey participated in a series of exclusive photo opportunities throughout the building’s renowned Observatory Experience, which includes the building’s second-floor museum and iconic 86th-floor Observatory. Scholastic hosted a pop-up on the 86th Floor for Pilkey to sign copies of his popular Dog Man books. The pop-up also featured free book giveaways, superhero capes and masks, and other official Dog Man products, all complimentary to ticketholders.
