Enter the MGET i500 Pro wireless headphones, a clone of the AirPods Pro so accurate that it's hard to differentiate when they're side by side. Still, it's not about the look but the sound and functionality that determines the value of headphones from any manufacturer.

the experience. So let's look in the box, right? So remember on your right are the Mgets and on

your left, this side is the Apple product. So we have envelope with a notch. We have

a very similar package design. You might say exactly the same package design and we open it

up and you see very similar inside. It's amazing really. So again, this is the Apple product and

it comes with this lightning cable and it comes with these extra size ear tips, but that's okay

because the Mget does too. So the Mget also has a lightning cable and it also has different

size ear tips. This is so similar that I can't help wonder if they're coming off the same factory

line in China because this is just, it's a remarkable coincidence that it would be this

accurate imitation. But really the critical question is, let me just get this all back

together. The critical question is not whether they function the same, but whether they sound

the same. And I'll tell you from the packaging, they're pretty excited about this being so

similar. Look at the back, right? The only difference is that the Apple product actually

has printing on the sides, whereas the Mget product has blank sides. So that's handy to

differentiate. Now, when we look at the earbuds themselves, these are the Mgets and they open up

and you have the ear pod inside and looks the same. The actual iPhone, once you pair it to an

iPhone, iOS sees it as Apple AirPods Pro, which is fascinating. We'll get back to that in just a

second, but looks all much, you know, very much the same. And then we'll grab this and I'll just

pull one of these out. And here's a closeup, which one's which? It's pretty hard to differentiate

mail. So this is like a 275 dollar, very premium pair of earbuds. And they're wonderful. I really

And I've tested it. It works just fine. So you can put it on a charging station. Generally

a pad that's on the ground works better. So or on your desktop, on your table, you know what I mean

by that, right? So the ones that are at an angle often have the charging place in the wrong spot

for something like the ear pods. So that doesn't work. But you get four hours of listening once

it's charged and you get three more charges from the case, which gives you somewhere around 16 to

the same and it's functionally kind of sorta. So 45 minute charge will give you four hours on your

or something. It does have an in-ear optical sensor. So if I put it in my ear, it pairs and

turns on. And if I take it out of my ear, it actually turns off. The phone is working with

and it's paired. So now I can see on the top, my charge, the earbuds are at 90%

If I push and hold the volume, it shows that they're AirPods pro and it even gives me the

noise canceling options of transparent or off or noise cancellation. The bad news, this has

no noise cancellation. That's one of the biggest differences between this and the actual Apple

product. The Apple product has fantastic noise canceling. It's very cool. And when you turn it

on, you're like, wow, it's so much quieter. These pretend to have that as you can see

but it doesn't actually have that feature. And it's sort of an interesting choice. And if we go

into Bluetooth and I go to notice they're called AirPods pro, you can even change the name. So you

could even call them like Dave's AirPods pro. So no one would know. It gives you all the features

that you would have on the regular AirPods pro, including the ear tip fit test and automatic ear

detection and all of that. So they've completely reverse engineered the whole experience, which is

pretty cool. It also means that you have access to the, like find my iPhone. You can actually use

it to find the earbuds if you lose one or both of them. So really slick. Um, the iOS experience

interesting, right? So let's see the function, the duplication of print, you know, again

you look at the back and it's mighty hard to differentiate between the two. And so what this

get into the habit of lying to your child. If you're going to get them something that's similar

to the AirPods pro, but they can tell their friends whatever they want, then don't tell them their

actual AirPods pro probably not great parenting. Um, which leads us to the question of, so how do

they sound? And the answer is not great. You know, there's so much engineering Apple's put into their

exact earbuds that these are maybe using a lot of similar parts and components, but they're not as

good. There's latency issues with video. I had a lot of disconnect problems where I literally had

the phone no further than this from my ears. And I would have one of the, you know, one of them

disconnect for a second, then both of them disconnect. And then, you know, the other one

disconnect and then they'd reconnect and I'd be fine for 10 or 15 minutes. And then one of them

would lose signal again. And I never, ever, ever have that problem with the Apple product. So

you know, it's an inferior product, but it is also a dramatically lower price. So I guess it

depends on where you're at. There are people that buy fake Rolex watches, knowing that someone's

have a different experience with yours, but you know, I also have an iPhone 11 pro. So this is

the very latest Bluetooth circuitry from Apple. Yes, you could also use these with an Android
