Now, you might be a gamer, so you might have like three, four, five hours at a stretch without really taking a break

computer screens. Turns out, that's not very good for your eyes and therefore that's not very

good for you. Now, if you get dry or irritated eyes or you get blurry vision or headaches or

as the day goes on, you realize, oh, the screen's not quite as crisp and clear as it was

when I started. That's all super common and that's all function of eye strain. Now, it turns out that

there's all sorts of other issues going on too. So there's blue light and the blue light that your

screen produces is different than the blue light from the outdoors. It's not very good for your

eyes. It also infect your sleep cycle, but we won't even go down that road. Let's just talk about
