Here is how to make a debt picker in Google Sheets
0:02
For example, in this exercise, we have employees here and want to enter the date in which each of these employees started
0:10
So to enter them manually like this, and so on, it will take you a lot of time
0:18
The easiest way to do it is just to make a debt picker so that you can pick any date of your choice
0:23
So in order to do that, you simply highlight this entire column, this debt column, up to the last employee
0:29
to the last employee. Then you just go to data, then go to data validation, add rule
0:37
And here where it says criteria, just click the drop down at the end here, then choose is validate
0:44
Once you do that, click done and just like that, you have a debt speaker
0:48
When you double click each of this sales, each of this sale in this column, like so
0:54
you have a dead picker like that. You can just choose any debt you want, like so
0:59
So this makes it easy to add dates to your data other than entering them manually
