2017 December Marvel Gear + Goods Unboxing - [Thor]

Hey guys, it's Dave from AIPTComics.com and we have a Marvel Goods and Gear or Gear and

Goods crate, loot crate box. This is our first unboxing and snap judgment review of the Marvel Gear and Goods

This is a $32 to $35 box depending on how many months you subscribe to

We're pretty excited because there is a holiday Thor shirt in here that we've been greatly anticipating

So let's break this thing open and check it out. Obviously you can tell the box is bigger than a typical loot crate box

Yeah, it's a cool box. Yeah, and obviously there's like a wrapping paper style with the Thor theme which is cool

Oh, you can turn it inside out. I bet you can wrap a gift with it. Yeah, that's pretty sweet

So coolest thing is the shirt I think. I already know this is coming because they were selling it pretty hard on the website

It's a long sleeve. Oh, that is neat. So we got Asgard here, Thor, what was her name in the movie

Thor 3? Oh gosh, I don't remember. God of Death. God of Death

And Loki. And then we've got hammers and Loki, I think Loki's little helmet there

Pretty cool. Or it's that skull mask that killed everyone. Yeah. Obviously it's in 8-bit style which is really neat

It's got like a pixelated look. I really like it. It's well made. There's nothing on the sleeves but there's a need to be

This is definitely something you want to wear to a holiday party. Yeah, that's cool. Alright, let's see what else we've got here

We've got another Thor thing here. It's a Mjolnir tumbler glass. Oh

Let's check this out. So typically with the gear and goods you're going to get more value supposedly

Bigger items, better items. So, oh, the hammer is actually coming off the glass here

Oh cool. That's neat. And then on the other side it says, whoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall

possess the power of Thor. So I guess if you're holding it like this, you're holding the hammer

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Alright, let's see what else we got here. The next biggest item is another Thor thing

The Mighty Thor snack tray set. Whoa. Whoa, everybody wants that. Total party theme going on here

Again, just like the glass, Russell Dauterman, I think, is the artist of this

He actually draws the series right now. Yeah, it looks really cool

Let's see if I can open this without breaking it. I've got tape, but you know me, I'm just going to tear. Oh

Alright, obviously it's plastic. Okay. A little chip and dip going on here

We got Loki. I can't get him with the glare. About to get smashed by the Mjolnir that's glowing blue

Oh yeah, cool. And then there's something underneath it. Ah, it's what's on the box

It's kind of interesting how it's blue. It's like magical. Magical. Like the glowing of Mjolnir

Yeah, that's really cool. Which is kind of neat. You can do a little..

There you go, yeah. They go together almost. Chip and dip thing there. Alright, we also have an 8-bit Asgard cookie cutter

So, if you want to make cookies in 8-bit, Thor, Loki, and something else

Probably the God of Death again. Yeah, I can see there's eyes there. There you go

Kind of neat. Goes along with the shirt for sure. Yeah, that's cool

And it looks like there's only one more thing and it's a Thor pin

It's the cover of Thor God of Thunder number one. Hela. Her name was Hela

Hela, there you go. And, I forget the name of the artist, but he did that first run with Jason Aaron, the writer. Cool

Very detailed. Nice work by him. This is cool stuff in here

Higher quality for sure. Oh yeah, better than the Loot Crate DX and definitely better than the Loot Crate

And then with that comes just a little coupon and just a guide to what you just got

And then that box definitely turns inside out. So you could turn this inside out, put this back in, and give it to someone as a gift

Yeah, re-gift the Loot Crate. Okay, if you don't like Thor, you're going to probably hate this box because they went

all in with Thor. And I mean, you know what, with Thor 3 just coming out, this is perfect timing for an

entire box devoted to Thor. I really like Thor and I think, besides the cookie cutter, I'm probably not going to use

that because I don't really make cookies. This is kind of a strange cover

I think it's cool though, it's holiday time, you know, sugar cookies. But an 8-bit cookie, that's kind of different. Yeah
