Lilac-crowned amazon. The Lilac-crowned Amazon(Amazona finschi) is a species of birdin the Psittacidaefamily endemic to Mexico. The scientific name of the species commemorates the German ornithologist and explorer Friedrich Hermann Otto Finsch (1839-1917).
