Maybe you are fantasizing about being with them. Maybe you're jealous when you see them with someone else

Maybe you've connected with someone and they're not reciprocating your feelings. And maybe these thoughts and feelings are becoming overwhelming

and you know you have to do something about it now. Because you're listening to this for a reason, aren't you

I'm sure that you want to stop this unhealthy obsession with this person

so that you can create some space in your mind and feel happy and at peace

Because you deserve to be happy. As we dive into this session of hypnosis

I want you to know that this process is very relaxing. And while your body relaxes, your mind becomes very focused and aware

or obsessing about them. And because of your increased awareness, that means that you have agency over your mind and your thinking

From now on, you know you do have freedom of choice and you can easily let go of obsessive thoughts about this person

and you naturally see things as they really are. Because you do have power over your mind

Now invite the person that you want to detach from and have them stand on the stage. ��

See in your mind the energy cord like a beam of light that connects you

going from your body to the other person who's on the stage. ��

Then imagine a blade of white light that drifts down from somewhere above your head. ��

See that blade drift down in front of you and have it cut the energy connection

between you and the person on the stage. ♪ See and feel that the energy cord is cut entirely

and the blade of white light drifts downwards and disappears beneath your feet. ��

Now that the energy connection has been cut it causes you to detach from this person

as you let it all go. ♪ Have a sense of a profound shift within you
