Two different methods can power up the Arduino Opta IoT PLC. If you want to program the controller only, powering up can be accomplished using the USB connection to your computer.
A supply voltage is required to operate the inputs and outputs or program through other ports like Ethernet or serial. The supply voltage to the Arduino Opta is 12 to 24 Volts DC. This can range from 10.2 to 27.6 volts DC.
