The leftovers also make delicious sandwiches, making this ham a true crowd-pleaser that everyone will rave about.
Ingredients:
1 bone-in ham (6-8 pounds)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Ham: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Score the fat of the ham in a diamond pattern, making sure not to cut into the meat.
Make the Glaze: In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar dissolves and the glaze thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
