Top 10.2 Up and Coming Cities in the USA

You'll really have questions when you see Tennessee and West Virginia have cities on this list. All across the United States, you have had cities blow up in popularity, some call it a boomtown. There are a lot of different reasons this happens. In San Francisco, it was the tech boom of the early 2000s and gold in the 1800s, in Portland, Austin, and Seattle it was the music scene and a youth movement. Dallas it was cheap housing and jobs over the last 2 decades, and in Los Angeles, it was the beaches and Hollywood. Some cities hold onto that popularity for decades and others fizzle in a year or two. The big question is what is next? Nobody knows for sure but I have an idea about 10 different cities. Some of these cities it is happening now and some I feel will be in the near future.
