Failed! California breakup attempts. State Partition Proposals that failed. California has many problems. Crime, homelessness, poverty, too many lawyers, cost of living, expensive car insurance, and extremely high real estate. So, it's no wonder people keep trying to break up this state. Don't get me wrong, they have good things too, just have more bad than they should. All their issues have pushed tons of people to leave California and move to places like Texas, Idaho and Arizona.
