Like count the population using your fingers size towns. Not even your thumbs. Just fingers. There are plenty of cities, towns, and small towns throughout the U.S. with populations in the hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands, and millions. But, there are some places in this country with populations smaller than the population of my house! There are 7 of us in total. It’s a big house. Were not living like 3 to a room with bunk beds. So, why do these tiny towns exist? In a lot of cases, they used to be normal towns with around a couple of hundred residents. Maybe a mine or factory shut down and most of the residents moved on and a few stayed.
