0:00
hey everyone my name is jannis and in
0:02
today's video I want to share with you a
0:04
cool app that allows you to completely
0:07
automate uh the design creation or asset
0:10
creation for your social media this is
0:13
not another canva tutorial where I show
0:16
you how you can upload a spreadsheet to
0:18
canva and then download the designs I
0:21
show you how you can fully automate by
0:25
meaning automate to automatically create
0:28
uh the designs on a preset template that
0:31
you can adjust as per your needs you can
0:33
have multiple templates if you want to
0:36
uh this this app is called uh Placid uh
0:40
I'm using it myself and I'm have
0:43
recently built some automation projects
0:45
for my customers using this software so
0:49
I want to share with everyone uh what's
0:51
cool about it they have a built-in
0:54
integration with make.com so it's very
0:56
easy to work within make.com to automate
1:00
all your social media or any other um
1:03
design uh Creations so let's head to the
1:09
pled website uh this is the website um
1:14
it allows you to automatically create uh
1:19
these um for example you can um change
1:24
text for every template you generate you
1:27
can change images and so on it's very
1:30
easy to use uh you can uh use uh
1:34
pre-build templates you can create your
1:37
templates and this and everything can be
1:40
done automatically so uh the pricing uh
1:45
starts from $9 per month and you can
1:47
generate 500 uh temp uh designs so
1:51
basically you can reuse design the
1:54
design to multiple channels to multiple
1:57
social media accounts for example you
1:59
you can create one design and share it
2:02
to Instagram or Facebook and um this
2:07
everything can be done
2:08
automatically so let's create a simple
2:11
design uh for this video I want to
2:14
create some Steve Jobs
2:16
quotes um and post them to Facebook um
2:23
I've asked Chad GPT to give me 20 Steve
2:27
Jobs quotes and I pasted them uh in a
2:30
spreadsheet now we're going to go to
2:32
plased app website and once you logged
2:36
in uh or registered you can uh click
2:39
switch to app and this is going to be
2:42
your back end um here you have your
2:47
um as I said I use um this app for my
2:54
um for the showc for this video I'm
2:57
going to create a new project it's JS
3:06
automates and uh I'm going to use make
3:10
as you can see they have any uh other um
3:14
Integrations as well but we're going to
3:17
use make we're going to create our
3:18
project and um then we're going to
3:21
create our template so you can select
3:24
from uh pre-build template or you can um
3:29
create your own template I'm going to
3:31
use this one for just so I can show you
3:37
um how to do it so basically all that
3:40
you can see on the um screen is um
3:45
variable data which means when you send
3:49
data from make you can change the image
3:53
you can change the text you can change
3:55
even the color of the background or you
3:58
can have an image over the background
4:01
but we going to make it very simple just
4:03
so so you understand how this all works
4:05
so for the picture I'm going to use a
4:07
stable picture which is going to be
4:11
Jobs and here I have a picture of Steve
4:14
Jobs I'm going to have it here uh this
4:18
text this will be quote and it's going
4:26
okay and here we're going to
4:30
leave everything out I'm just going to
4:36
St jobs okay so this is our template
4:41
that we're going to use uh for our
4:44
automation so we're going to save
4:47
it very easy to do right um we're going
4:51
to click X and this is our template
5:06
make.com and we're going to start with
5:08
Google Sheets and we're going to watch
5:12
rows and I need to select spreadsheet
5:21
yes and Sheet name is sheet one and the
5:24
limit we're going to set to
5:26
one and we're going to run this one so
5:29
we can get some data in it
5:32
okay the next module that we're going to
5:41
module so if you are I'm going to show
5:45
you how you can uh create with image as
5:47
well but uh let's start with uh just a
5:53
so it's easier for you to understand so
5:55
we're going to click create image and
5:58
we're going to add our new connection
6:00
because we created um a new project for
6:03
every project you need to create a new
6:05
connection so we're going to click here
6:08
on this um API tokens and we're going to
6:15
API uh and paste it here we're going to
6:20
save and uh here you will see all your
6:23
templates as you can see we have one
6:25
template here quote and uh where is the
6:30
and here is the template quote if I add
6:32
another template I will be able to
6:33
choose between the templates so I'm
6:36
going to choose quote and as you can see
6:39
all the data is um variable here so we
6:44
can change the background color so let's
6:47
make one image with the default and then
6:50
I going to show you how the color
6:52
changes for the background you can
6:54
change the image of Steve Jobs um just
7:00
of the image but um I'm going to show
7:03
you that as well uh the quote variable
7:06
we're going to use from our Google
7:09
sheet and we can even change the text
7:12
color uh we can vary the text color
7:15
let's say we put uh CH GPT module
7:26
me uh we can Ask Jud gbd to Generate
7:29
random color every time uh this runs
7:33
so we're going to say zero we're going
7:37
to have a user meage message please
7:56
hashtag uh example let's say
8:00
say where is the color like uh let's
8:05
choose let's choose something like pink
8:09
uh but we're going to leave this to
8:25
example in the result
8:44
okay yes so now if we're going to run CH
8:48
GPD will go give us a random um color
8:52
and we're going to put the
8:54
result uh we're going to run this once
9:00
so the result is like this and we're
9:03
going to use the result um just let's
9:14
link okay now we should be able to
9:18
choose the result from CH GPT yes we
9:20
choose the result and the URL this means
9:25
uh URL is this Steve Jobs we're going to
9:30
we can change the color as well to match
9:33
the quote color so okay and let's test
9:37
this out let's just run
9:40
once as you can see it's creating now
9:54
result stay hungry stay foolish Steve
9:57
Jobs and you can see the color changed
10:01
and uh and the text changed so you can
10:05
see this is the quote and now it's here
10:08
so we're going to adjust a little
10:17
this it's going to be
10:20
50 and we're going to
10:24
add quotes so it looks better
10:31
and like this like this okay let's run
10:35
again and this time the text should be
10:40
and and it should be your work is going
10:44
to fill a large part of your life so
10:54
okay and the color is the same
10:59
I know it's changed a little bit but you
11:03
can ask uh CH GPD to randomize it more I
11:06
think um so yeah let's uh actually get
11:11
another Steve Jobs image so we can
11:15
um and we going to use
11:19
um we're going to go to Google and
11:25
Jobs and we're going to use a different
11:29
different image we're going to use this
11:31
one this is AI generated I think
11:35
so but we're going to use okay we're
11:39
going to use which one we're going to
11:43
use we're going to use this one the
11:45
young one Steve Jobs so I'm going
11:55
copy we're going to copy the link and
11:58
then we're going to head back to make
12:01
integration uh we're going to add
12:06
here a module to get the
12:21
here and then we're going to have a
12:24
place it uh module that we're going to
12:27
upload media because to use the image on
12:31
uh place it design you need before
12:34
upload the image to place it
12:38
so yeah and here we're going to change
12:48
one and we're going to also ducate this
12:54
one and change the background
12:57
color um for our template
13:05
yep let's see how this
13:10
works I think it didn't get
13:19
okay okay we need to get the
13:23
image open image and you we can't get
13:27
this one this image sorry we're going to
13:30
get the different one
13:39
let's which one I don't
13:43
know let's use this one the a ai1 Open
13:48
Image new tab and Co let's copy the
13:56
okay and now let's run once
14:01
and let's see what we
14:08
got design is generated and let's copy
14:14
here and as you can see the image
14:17
changed and the you can work with the
14:21
prompting or you can just don't let's
14:24
let's remake this without changing the
14:27
background and text colors because they
14:31
not stand out but we can um we can do it
14:36
like this we're going
14:38
to unlink unlink this will be the first
14:43
to generate background and
15:07
I I need the color that you generate to
15:15
on okay let's run again
15:34
got and as you can see
15:38
um now the text stands out more on the
15:42
background and the image is the one that
15:45
we selected but you can U every time you
15:50
generate this you can um change the
15:54
image change uh the background and Etc
15:58
or you can create just a different
16:01
um template as all these
16:05
um uh assets or all these uh inputs are
16:10
variable that you can uh populate while
16:14
the scenario is running so uh after this
16:18
uh you just uh if you want to publish to
16:21
a single um social media account you
16:24
just add here for example let's have a
16:28
face Facebook pages create a
16:36
one can put it here um we're going to
16:40
leave the message blank okay I'm going
16:50
Facebook I think it's this one yes so
16:59
once and this should post the design to
17:03
our Facebook page this is just a simple
17:07
um explanation how this thing works so
17:10
you don't have to do anything manually
17:23
okay this post is empty ah and we need a
17:26
message so we're going to add
17:29
um add our quote message we're going to
17:33
use the quote from here and we going to
17:41
this I'm going to add
17:46
quotes Okay let's run this again
18:00
oh it won't share the image actually so
18:03
let's stop it because we need to
18:09
uh we need to we need to do choose a
18:24
to create a post with photo yeah sorry
18:30
so this one we're going to add photo
18:34
from from URL the URL will be plid URL
18:39
and the message will be the same as here
18:44
okay we're going to delete this one and
18:46
we're going to paste here so okay and
18:51
this now it should publish the image on
19:05
fine this very simple um explanation of
19:10
how this works but you can um make it
19:14
more complicated uh I've done it more
19:17
complicated I can show you for example
19:25
um uh here as you can see
19:29
I have uh 12 different templates and I
19:33
have the images that I want to use for
19:36
the template stored on a Google Drive
19:40
um I upload all the images to plusd and
19:44
then depending on which image I want for
19:47
template for example here on the
19:50
template I have as you can see four
19:53
Images text um more text and stuff like
19:59
um after this is we I send the data to
20:03
Google Sheets and from Google Sheets I
20:05
send the posts to my social media
20:09
accounts so this is for example one
20:12
other use how you can use it but this is
20:16
all automatic you don't have
20:18
to do anything manually
20:30
image and you can see
20:33
that um everything has been posted to
20:37
account yeah let's run this one again so
20:43
we get and um once you if you want to do
20:48
this you if you want to put this on
20:50
automatic make sure you have enough
20:55
um uh information in your Google sheet
20:59
and uh then you can click this button to
21:03
on and let and set it for example uh to
21:08
60 minutes which is 1 hour so and then
21:12
every hour you will have a new post uh
21:16
to your Facebook pages so let's run this
21:24
again should create a new image and send
21:27
it to our Facebook Facebook page
21:30
so uh it's creating the post now and uh
21:35
I will just show you quickly um how
21:38
to add more social media accounts just
21:41
let's refresh this page and as you can
21:45
see we have a new post uh again made
21:49
fully automatically and now uh because I
21:52
switch this on every hour I will have a
21:54
new post on my Facebook page so that's
21:57
that so if you want to add more uh
21:59
social media accounts just click on flow
22:02
control then click router uh connect the
22:05
router somewhere here it's going to
22:07
create another router let's delete this
22:09
one and then just add more roots for
22:12
other social media accounts for example
22:14
Instagram for business you can create uh
22:17
use uh create a photo post
22:21
um and um again here you select your
22:25
account create the connection and uh for
22:28
the photo URL you use your pled uh
22:32
generation URL which is this one and for
22:35
caption you can use um CH GPT to create
22:39
the caption or you can use your own
22:42
captions the same applies to other
22:44
social media accounts such as Pinterest
22:48
uh you can create a pin connect it to
22:51
the rotor and again fill all the details
22:55
uh Source type is image URL image UR
22:58
again you get from the placd so yeah
23:01
that's how this one works I hope this is
23:04
somewhat useful for you to create a
23:07
complimentary um post to your ongoing
23:11
social media activities uh if you find
23:15
this video helpful and uh you learn
23:19
something from it just leave a like if
23:21
you have any questions about placd about
23:25
automations uh leave a comment I will
23:29
and uh yeah I hope this video was
23:31
helpful to you I hope you subscribe to
23:34
the channel and I will see you in the
23:35
next video thank you for watching
