meal and this one pop Mexican style bean

stew is absolutely fabulous it's an

incredible one for meal prepping so make

a big vat of it at the start of the week

and then just heat up portions when

you're ready to eat for lunches it's so

so good start with oil in a big dish and

add a chopped onion and three cloes of

garlic let those cook for a little bit

and then you're going to add half a

teaspoon of ground cinnamon half a

this is a tin of black beans and a tin

of blackeyed beans plus a tin of chopped
