Nepal Airlines Business Class - Is It Worth It?

I recently flew with Nepal Airlines Business Class from Kathmandu Nepal to Bangkok Thailand. The airport is a bit old and outdated but they do have an executive lounge called Raddison at the Kathmandu airport. VirtCam is a travel and transportation virtual tour channel.
