Commuters Fooled by Stalled Truck on I-15 Exit Ramp

Occurred on September 10, 2026 / San Diego, California, USA Info from Licensor: "I was driving to work and saw this lane backed up. It's almost always backed up this time of day; it's an exit from 1-15S to I-5S. But as I approached the front of the line of traffic, I saw that it was a broken down truck with no traffic in front of it, and DOZENS of cars piled up behind it believing they were in a slow moving line of traffic!"
