MUNCHIES heads to the Bollate jail just outside Milan to visit critically acclaimed restaurant InGalera, which means "in prison" in Italian. The restaurant is located inside a medium-security prison and staffed by convicted felons. We meet the workers and hear about what the program has done for the inmates inside.
