Britain has offered search-and-rescue teams and financial support to Nepal after catastrophic flooding killed at least 273 people and left more than 1,300 missing, including hundreds of foreign nationals. UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Britain would stand by Nepal "in its hour of need," while British authorities established 24/7 consular support in Kathmandu after 33 British nationals were reported missing.
