Welcome back to my channel. Today I've got a try on that's a little bit different and definitely out of my comfort zone

And this is a swimsuit try on hole. Now I was emailed by Mod Lily who I've done a try on hole for before which was the tops I did

before Christmas and they asked me if I'd like to try some of their swim suits

Now I did think about it for a little while and I thought, hmm, swimsuits

I never thought at the age of 60 I would be asked to model swimsuits

But I thought, well, it's not like it's bikinis. And I would sit around the pool in a swimsuit

So I said, why not? So they asked me to choose eight items, which I thought was going to be difficult

But there is absolutely tons to choose from. So I've tried to choose a mixture of colors, prints and styles

They're mostly got shorts, so there's not going to be anything revealing

So what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you the swimsuit that is on their website

in the model that they've got, which is a, I think she's a size medium

Now, for reference, I am 5'4, I'm a size 18 to 20, and I have got a large stomach

So all of these swimsuits are really suitable and ideal for women who want to hide their stomachs

And I think that's quite a lot of us. So like I said, I'm a plus size

I've ordered everything in an extra large, which is 20 to 22

And if there's anything different, I will tell you when I show you the swimsuit

So I'm going to show you each picture of the model wearing them

and then we'll do a try on and I'll show you me in it as well

So this first one is a criss-cross, high-waisted, leaf print, cyan swim dress

It comes in five different colours. It comes in small, which is UK size 8 to 10 and goes up to a 2x, which is a UK 24

Most of the swimsuits, and again I'll tell you if there's anything different

are wire free. They've got padded bra cups and they have an adjustable strap

And most of them you can actually remove the pattern if you wanted to

Again, most of them are 82% polyester and 18% spandex and I'll let you know if it's any different

So this is it in real life. It is a very pretty print

The blue leaf is really pretty. It's got the little polka dot band

around the way. It's got the adjustable straps and they do crisscross at the back, hence it's called a crisscross swim dress

And it is like a double strap. It's got a little tie there which I think it can like pulling at the bust

And it's a dress kind of style. There is a pair of shorts with it which are pale blue and they're not long shorts, but they look like

they'll do the job. So I'll try it on and you can see what it looks like. So this is the first one

It's a really nice length. I have to say the swimsuit aren't hemmed at the bottom. So if that's

an issue for you, you may want to think about that, but I think it's fine. The bra bit fits

really nicely and you can adjust the straps at the back. I think it's a nice length for a swimsuit

It does have the swim floats with it, which come to a nice length

It's got the little tie bit at the front, so you can pull your boobs in a little bit and up

So yes, I think that's really nice. I think the colour is really pretty

So that's the first one. On to the second one, which is a bow

So I'll just show you what that looks like. Now this does say swim dress set on the website

but it doesn't have any shorts with it. It's only got the dress part

So I don't know whether that's a mistake. I double check on the website So you may have to order the swim shorts separately which they do have quite a lot of them in so that what it looks like in real life it got a nice roost detail to the bust with a little tie on it nice leaf print adjustable straps and it has got the padded bra bit inside which you can actually remove because it got the little hole there to remove it got the little hole there to remove it

I love the top part of it, the bra part and I have to say the padded cups are quite

supporting. So that's a good thing for us plus size ladies. I love the way the swim dresses

just kind of skim over everything. Really nice. Again a nice, a nice length

you know if you want to walk around the pool and go and grab a cocktail um it fits nicely i like

So I'll just show you what that looks like in real life. Okay, again, this one says set, but there is no shorts with it

So I will have to double check on the website that they didn't actually come with shorts

and I just haven't been sent them. So this is the tank, the tankini top, which has got a nice bright rainbowy print on it

It does have adjustable straps and again it's got the padded bra bit

Now can that be removed? I'm just checking Right, it doesn't look like it can remove the pads in this one

So again, I'm just going to try it on With the shorts that I've got on

If you're not comfortable with this not being quite as long as the shorts, then there is some longer shorts that you can get on the website and I will link those below

But it is, it's a nice, it's a nice swim top. I like the print on it. Like I see, it is quite a lot shorter than the other ones

So yes, it is still a nice swim top, but definitely not as supportive as the other ones

So moving on to the next one, this one is a lace, high-wasted tropical plants print tankini set

Now, hopefully it's got some bottoms with it. It comes in seven different prints, again in sizes small to 2xL

And this one is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. so maybe not quite as stretchy

So we'll just have a look at that in real life. So those are the shorts, nice and stretchy

and they look longer than the ones that I'm wearing. And the top, the straps on this one aren't adjustable

because as you can say, they're quite a wide strap with a mesh at the top, which is nice

And it's got the crisscross at the... I think that's the front

and that's the back. Yeah, we better get it on the right way

It does have some Russian at the side with a tie lace

so you can pull that up and maybe make it a bit more shapely

if you wanted to, but the print is quite nice. It again has the padded cups

and again these ones don't look like they are removable, but they are in there

but the top is shorter than the shorts. So again, if you wouldn't be comfortable with that

this may not be for you. I really like the print on it and I like the criss-cross detail on the front

And I do like the mesh detail on the back. These rushy bits at the side do pull up

So if you wanted to make it a little bit shorter at the sides, you can

I don't think I would do that. The padded bit doesn feel quite a support is the first two so if you a bit booby like me it might not be for you But I think you would get away with it as a swimsuit you know

But yeah, I quite like that. I think that's quite nice. I like the fact that the straps are quite wide

Again, says set. This comes in sizes small to 2xl and I think it only comes in the one print

So let's have a look what that looks like in real life. So this is it in real life

It is a halter neck one, this one. Again, it's got the padded bra inside

and these ones are removable. It's got like the handkerchief hem. It says brush stroke

Yeah, I suppose that is. And it's black and white. And I think this only came in one colour

So I'll try this on and we'll see what it looks like. Again, this hasn't come with any shorts

And this is definitely supposed to come with shorts. So I'm not sure what's going wrong there

So that's it from the back. It is quite nice, but it's just, it's not for me

So the next one is a crisscross-ombray light purple swim dress set

This one does have the shorts. It only comes in the one colour

I could definitely have gone up a size in this one. It is very fitting around the boobs

They're nice and wide and very supportive and I would imagine if I had a bigger size

Okay, the next thing I got was a handkerchief hem, high-wasted, dark reddish, purple tankini set

This one does come with the shorts, and they are knee-length shorts, which I really liked

sort of purple and yellow and blue and white very nice it got the adjustable strap and it does have removable pads in the bust It a scoop neck and again it is a dress style with a little bit of a handkerchief hem to it so we try that on and we see what

that's like. Now I really like this one. It is a really nice length. I love the long shorts with it

I definitely think I could have sized up a bit in this. This is an 18 to 20

so maybe the 22 would have been better. But as I'm filling in this, it's just after Christmas

So I have put a little bit of weight on. So maybe by the time I go on holiday, it won't be as snug

But if you don't want to feel quite as snug in it, I definitely would size up if you're a similar size to me

I like the shape of the hem. I think that's really pretty

so onto the last one and the last one is a black tie-dye print

It only comes in the black, comes in sizes small to 2xl, and again I got this in a XL 20 to 22, and it doesn't have any cups in because it is a cover-up

So I'm just going to put it on on the top of this one. I'll show you what it looks like first

This is what it looks like in real life. So this one is 97% polyester and 3% spandex, so there's a little bit of stretch in it

It's got the little spaghetti straps, which are originally. just about no cups and it's quite a nice length and I like the tie-dye print on so I'm just going to try it on

The straps, really nice. It's very roomy, so it's nice just to throw over a swimsuit
