Hello, I've been single-handily uploading and creating videos for The Hub For Baseball Highlights, The Baseball Archives, and Baseball is Everything channels for years. After much thought, I will likely stop uploading after the end of the 2025 year. I spend countless hours a day creating these videos, which isn't hard, but is very time consuming. The videos I upload aren't eligible for monetization and don't give me any benefit besides my love for the game. I've tried to make videos like this for other baseball leagues officially as a partner or employee, but have failed. I spoke to someone at ESPN asking if there were any open positions, but after my pitch, I never got a response. I also haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at MLB. I've looked into job opportunities in the Frontier League, Pioneer League, and others as well, but received no response. I wish I were able to officially upload baseball highlights in partnership with any baseball league, but that seems impossible at this point. (NOTE: I was able to build my website to over 100,000 monthly website visits, but it was costing me way too much money to continue) Due to not attending college, I’m unable to qualify for many jobs in this field, but at 20 years old, when I dedicate myself to something, I don’t disappoint. As a writer for FanSided, I reached over 1 million monthly website visits on my articles alone. With my channels, I’ve generated over 100 million long-form views over a span of around 3–4 years. I really would like to turn this into a career, but right now that doesn't appear possible. Our channels could easily scale to hundreds of thousands in yearly revenue, but aren't eligible to monetization.
