So I just got this Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Lithium Ion cordless handheld vacuum because my cat tiger goes in and sheds everywhere
0:07
So I just want to go ahead and do a quick unboxing and go ahead and test this out to see how well it works
0:11
Alright so this opens up just like so and here's everything that comes in the box
0:16
We have the instruction manual, the product registration card, the crevice tool, the upholstery tool, the motorized brush, and finally the handheld vacuum itself
0:25
And I almost forgot the charger. So here's a closer look at the handheld vacuum. We got the whole name of it, Pet Hair Eraser, Lithium Ion Battery, and a cool little pet paw
0:34
Right over here, we're going to have the vents that's going to go ahead and shoot the air out when we go ahead and suction
0:39
And the handle does feel nice and ergonomic. It does have like a groove over here for the index to go ahead and fit
0:45
Now, as far as the whole handle itself, it does feel pretty solid, and it is pretty girthy and thick, so my whole hand can grab onto this nice and steady
0:53
It's made out of like two materials so we have like a glossy shine up on top and on the bottom
0:59
it's going to be like a grippier material with some dots as you could hear. And then moving up over here we're going to have two buttons
1:06
First button is going to be to actually turn on the bissel and it goes in light screen
1:10
and then I can turn it off. Now this other button is going to be to lift this lid up so here you can see when I press
1:17
it this goes ahead and goes down so I can go ahead and take it off. But beforehand, let's take a look. Over here we see Bissell, the logo. And on the bottom
1:28
side we're going to have additional information on the Bissell. And that's about it for that
1:32
Now moving to the bottom piece, we can go ahead and take it off just like so. And then
1:37
here's what the inside goes ahead and looks like. So, oh, that's pretty cool. It has two
1:41
layers of protection, so there's going to be like this mesh extra filter to prevent it
1:46
from going inside the motor. Then you just go ahead and push that back in
1:51
And now taking a look at the other head, right here is where we're gonna have the filter
1:56
And it looks like all I have to do is just put my fingers here and pull out. And now there is gonna be rubberized material
2:03
all around here kind of acting as a gasket to prevent any debris from coming inside
2:08
over here to this part. And now this is probably one of the biggest filters
2:11
I've seen on one of these handheld vacuums. And the cool thing about this
2:15
is that it's going to have like a double layer of protection. So we're going to have this mesh on top
2:20
and then the actual filter on the inside. And to remove it, we just have to go ahead and rotate counterclockwise
2:25
and then pull right out. And here's what the filter goes ahead and looks like
2:29
So this mesh is definitely going to help the filter from accumulating as much dust and hair in here
2:34
when actually using the vacuum. Now here's what the inside of it goes ahead and looks like
2:38
And now taking a look at the backside right here is where we're going to go ahead and insert the tool itself
2:42
And then here you can see when I push, that's where all the debris is going to go through and then down over here this is going to be
2:48
nothing really just the plastic bit just screwed into over here and I'm going to go ahead and just
2:54
build this back up and try some of the tools out so here's the crevice tool as far as weight goes
3:00
it does feel pretty lightweight but it is sturdy so I can't go ahead and push into it and of course
3:05
the nozzle is going to be thin to the tip and a lot thicker up top so this just gets pushed in here just like so And that as far as it goes in Now you can go ahead and take it off And now here the
3:18
upholstery tool. And there's actually going to be two locking modes for this. So we're going to have
3:22
the horizontal mode, and then we can go ahead and bend it. And here you'll hear a click
3:27
And then we have the vertical mode. So I'll go ahead and position that back in. And here we can
3:32
see the hole where the debris goes in and then there's going to be these soft bristles just to
3:36
go ahead and not be so harsh on the couch and I can go ahead and push this in here. So I will say
3:43
definitely do need more force to push this in and I can go ahead and pull it out and yeah I definitely
3:49
do need some force to take this out. Oh wow that was tight and now finally the motorized brush
3:57
and this thing has some good weight to it. Like the upholstery tool, it also does have these bristles
4:02
except these are going to be a lot wider and they're going to be a lot thicker
4:06
so they come out even more as you can hear and then the bristles are going to be very, very thick up in here
4:14
and this is the motorized part. And then here are the plugs
4:18
so this will just plug in to the end of the bristle so you can just push it in and there
4:24
and just like that it's like a mini vacuum cleaner now to take it off all I have to do is just push
4:31
this button and then pull it out and there so I'm in my bed right now and this is the blanket that
4:35
Tiger loves to go on top of so I want to go ahead and see how much fur comes out of here
4:40
so I just go ahead and press it and let's check out his cat tree
6:37
and check this out there was so much hair stuck in here and a lot accumulated around like the
6:53
mesh filter so i just want to go ahead and clean everything up and show you uh so of course i can
6:57
just go ahead and release it just like so and then here's what the inside looks like so it looks like it held up and it's nice and clean it's dust free and then here uh is what
7:08
this part looks like so i don't see uh yeah i don't see like any dust any debris that escaped
7:12
through over here of course the majority of it is going to be right there and yeah look at that
7:17
that's that's so much oh my gosh then here's what the filter goes ahead and looks like
7:26
and there is a little bit stuck in here so of course I can go ahead and empty out the canister
7:31
as well too and there and actually to make it lighter let me go ahead and take this off
7:37
and there that's what the inside goes ahead and looks like so I do see there's kind of a one
7:43
piece stuck in here so there it's out and it is kind of dusty in here so it does have to be like
7:48
rinsed off or just with like a damp paper towel inside to go ahead and clean everything up and now
7:53
back to the filter so here it is and of course i can just go ahead and take it off by twisting it
7:58
counterclockwise and it comes right off and here's what the inside of the mesh looks like so it
8:04
definitely got really dirty really dusty and now here's the filter itself so of course it's going
8:11
to be dusty as well but not as much as if it didn't have this mesh so i just go ahead and kind of
8:15
tap it on the sides here. And there, that's a quick clean. Now, of course, it still is going
8:24
to be dusty, but it's still fine for next time's use. And then I kind of want to get rid of some
8:29
of the dust on here. And then this can, of course, be inserted back in and then twisted clockwise
8:34
And it goes out and locks. And then once again, I can go and just push this back in here
8:38
just like so. And now here's the motorized head. And of course, it is going to be
8:42
pretty dirty in here and I want to go ahead and get to the hairs a little bit better
8:46
So to take it off, all I have to do is just insert a coin over here and go ahead and twist
8:51
So twist to the left to unlock. There just like that and you see it rotated. So I can go ahead
8:56
and pull this up and the little piece comes right off. And then I can take the brush out just by
9:02
giving it a little tug. And here's what it goes ahead and looks like. So now I could just take
9:08
some of the strands off. And the brush can be placed back in the head just like so. Just
9:16
making sure that it goes ahead in the lines And there I going to twist this clockwise and now it locked Alright so I went ahead and switched the nozzle to the upholstery and I want to go ahead and clean the seat up and also the couch in the back over there
9:58
All right, so last thing I want to go ahead and clean up a bit is going to be my jacket
10:20
So this one's going to have a lot of fur, as you see over here. So let's see how well vacuum works
10:27
and I have the crevice tool this time. So here you can see the difference in the center
10:47
where I went ahead and cleaned up and then up top there's still going to be some fur and then at the bottom, same thing
10:53
So overall, I'm pretty impressed with this Bissell Pet Hair Eraser. vacuum cleaner. I think it did a really good job and I'm definitely happy with the fact that it does
11:02
come with this motorized bit just because this is the part that makes the big difference. Again this
11:07
just looks like a mini vacuum cleaner because this is what you would have in your regular sized
11:11
vacuum cleaners. And then it's nice that you know there's two other tools the crevice and the
11:16
upholstery brush. I will say the most annoying part would be with the brush just because it's
11:20
pretty tough to go ahead and put inside like I really have to push inside and once it's there
11:25
and I want to take it out I really have to go ahead and twist it side by side until it goes
11:30
ahead and comes off but other than that everything worked fine if you probably noticed it was red
11:35
over here and that's because the battery is low so it was like blinking on and off letting me know
11:42
that it's time to charge and also I did notice when it was time to charge it got weaker and weaker
11:47
but when it was fully charged it was really really powerful a lot more powerful than the other vacuum
11:53
cleaners, the mini cordless vacuum cleaners, I went ahead and tested it out. And now because it
11:59
is time to charge it, I can go ahead and just plug it in. And now this one's a little bit different
12:03
than other ones I've had because other ones had stations where I either go ahead and put it on
12:07
top like this or it goes ahead and hooks onto the wall. This one's different. I have to go ahead and
12:12
plug it in physically like that, which isn't a bad thing. This is actually pretty easy. And I know
12:18
this isn't going to go ahead and come loose. So I can just kind of plug it in right there
12:21
and I'll find a better place for it but for now I'll leave it to charge like that but overall
12:27
this Bissell did its job real well it picked up a lot of cat hair in places I didn't even know
12:32
there was cat hair but yeah if you have a cat if you have a dog and you're looking to go ahead and
12:37
get rid of and clean up as much fur as possible definitely check out this Bissell pet hair eraser
12:42
vacuum cleaner
