Do teeth whitening lights actually work

And if they do, how long do they take to see results? So today, I'll be answering those questions by testing out this teeth whitening light by MySmile

And on the back side, we're going to have some instructions on how to actually use it. So opening this up, we're going to get this tray with a bunch of stuff inside

And so first things first, in the front, this is going to be the teeth whitening light. And as you see here, this goes inside the mouth

And this is where we put the gel. At the front, we have the logo, MySmile, and a button to turn it on and off

And then on the backside we could charge it. Now at the bottom of this there's going to be the other goodies including the whitening gel itself

The charging cable which just sticks on the back with magnets like so. A warranty card. The instructions. And finally the teeth whitening shade guide

So I know I'm not all the way at the end at number one. I don't have pearly whites. But I'm also not over here at 13. My teeth aren't completely yellow or brown

I'm somewhere in the middle. And here's a closer look at what my teeth look like. So if I had to guess I would put myself at number four

Alright so now let's take a look at the instructions. So this is just going to be a booklet right here and it goes over some caution, risk and liability

Don't use this if you're under 12 years old. And before starting this process, let me brush my teeth first

So teeth whitening syringes gel or the teeth whitening capsule gel In this case I have the capsule gel and it says remove the capsule gel apply 0 milliliters of the My Smile whitening gel to both the top and the bottom of the teeth whitening trays

And I'm not sure exactly how much is in this, so I'll add what I think is enough. The next step is to insert the LED light into my mouth

press and hold the on-off button on the LED light for three seconds to turn it on

and then enjoy the whitening process. And for the third step, after 10 minutes have passed

the light will automatically turn off, and then I can rinse my mouth and avoid eating or drinking staining foods and beverages for at least an hour

And this can be cleaned by rinsing the tray with warm water directly and then drying it

And I can repeat this process for up to seven days until I see the results I want. And if I feel any sensitivities during this, just make sure to stop before using it

So here's what my teeth look like after the first day. And of course, there's probably not much change
