The Anti-Submarine Warfare Continuous Trail Unmanned Vessel (ACTUV), or Sea Hunter, is a DARPA-funded project aimed at developing an anti-submarine drone. Launched in 2010, the ACTUV is designed to track quiet diesel-electric submarines. It operates autonomously, with minimal supervisory command and control, and is equipped with advanced navigation and anti-collision features.
