Oreo Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
36 Oreo cookies
8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
16 ounces (454g) semi-sweet baking chocolate (or candy melts)
Instructions:
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, you can place the cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill: Refrigerate the balls for about 1 hour, or until firm.
