Apr 10, 2025
This mountain hike is located at Fürenalp Engelberg valley, southwest of Lucerne Switzerland.
This area is popular with locals, while tourists in the Engelberg area instead mostly visit the Titlis glacier.
You access the trail with a small cable car, reached by car or bus. At the top, you'll find a restaurant and playground. The trail starts by traversing the mountain on a well marked path leading to the Stäuber waterfall. Then down along the river, dipping in and out of the forest, ending at the valley station of the cable car.
