0:00
Oh my gosh, man. Listen, citizens. This is one of those stories that we like to celebrate. Tracy G.
0:06
Truly, man. Let's do it. We like to celebrate. I remember my my brother S Young Kindle over there. We
0:13
used to live in the same neighborhood. And I remember that man used to always
0:18
come to me and talk to me about this young lady, this rocket, Mike Muse. She's a rocket.
0:25
The energy she has. And from the time I first met her, I knew she was distinguished because nobody in the game
0:32
sound like her. Her voice stands out. She's unique. Since we've seen her, Tracy G. Her
0:38
streams just for just for Don't play with it, is over 217 million streams
0:44
globally. Platinum, baby. Come on. She has over 352 million
0:49
streams worldwide to date. 2023 BET Award best new artist nominee.
0:56
Same in 2024. She got the new project. I bet. I bet.
1:02
I bet. And she could do more push-ups than you. Give it up for the one and only Lola
1:08
Brook is back in the building, man. What's up? What's up, y'all?
1:15
What the [ __ ] we doing, Lola? We doing the things we like to do. You heard? There we go.
1:21
Yo, I just I'm happy for you. Oh, thank you. I'm happy to be here,
1:27
man. When you hear those accolades and realize cuz when you doing the work, you're just doing the work. You ain't
1:34
even counting the trophies you earned, right? But now you could reflect on this in recent years, how much you've been
1:40
able to do. When you think about how much adversity you had to face, how many people ain't here today that
1:47
was there in the beginning? Wow. How many nos you had to hear, how many doors got shut. Yes. How many people you had to convince? And
1:55
now we saying 352 million streams worldwide.
2:01
And give your speech. Give your life. I'm just going to start celebrating
2:07
myself. You know, hearing that it's like I got to live in my moment way more than I was.
2:12
And I'm just happy to know that I tapped into myself to do so. Damn. Were Were you always tapped in
2:19
though? No. Huh? The last time I was here with y'all, I wasn't You faked her really well, though.
2:24
Yeah. I mean, I'm raised by a strong black woman. I I barely seen my mom's cry. I can count on one hand how many
2:30
times I see her cry. Like, she's she's extremely strong. So, I just know how to mask my pain.
2:36
Okay. What What was that um turning point for you? Like we all go through that where we're trying to find our voice. We do a
2:43
lot of song and dance until we assured of who we are. till you know we're confident in what we want to say and who
2:49
how we want to appear to the world at one point did you feel okay I got it what was going on in your life at that
2:55
time when I just stopped caring I just stopped caring [ __ ]
3:01
yeah did that arrive or was it a process where every day you had to practice
3:07
either like affirmations or either just like prayer like what
3:13
went into the destination of I I don't care. I just woke up one day and I was tired
3:19
of caring. Like I just got tired. And sometimes, you know, you could be tired
3:25
mentally and that stops it. It drains you too much to where you can't perform the way you would like to. And I'm a
3:31
performer. That's the one of the best things that could be uh something that I
3:38
could do. Like as an artist, I love to perform. So if something is draining me and I can't give that to my audience,
3:45
then it got to stop. Mhm. You almost said, "Nigga, that got to stop." Is that what you about to say?
3:52
No, I'm just Nah, you ain't got to say it,
3:58
[ __ ] You got to stop. Got to stop. Um I love the I just love
4:04
watching you and and that don't care mentality. Yeah. It is resonating and and when I
4:10
see you hanging from, you know, light post in on in Brooklyn streets just hanging.
4:17
You know what I'm saying? Yeah. That's what is that symbolic of? You It's like we like it's lit. I'm having
4:24
fun, y'all. This is my true self. This is what I like to do. I take a risk every day
4:29
and this is the flesh of it. So, I'm I'm getting to show y'all how it is. Like how I take a risk every day. It's just
4:36
Wow. Oh, on them trucks. What's today's risk? Today's risk is um
4:43
being being tapped into myself, being grateful, being more grateful for me.
4:49
I'm taking a risk with knowing that self-doubt is not an option.
4:55
Come on now. Self-doubt is not an option. It's not.
5:01
Yeah, man. I just been in a very sentimental mood lately, Lola. So, you know, people I really adore and really I
5:07
was DMing you. I don't I'm not a DM. I'm too old to be DMing. You swear. I was like I was like, "Do
5:14
you like it?" He look um pain and it was all a dream.
5:20
It was all a dream. Mhm. It was all a dream is um what's the word? Magnus Opus. What's that? Magnus
5:27
Opus. Mh. Um, I think it really tells your story well and I love storytelling when it's written by
5:34
the person who's telling the story, right? A lot of artists are telling stories that are written by other people and
5:40
that's fine. That makes for good song, good records, but when you make a song like this, this
5:45
becomes a legacy song. Um, I want to play that in a second too. But what going into it was all a dream
5:53
and even Mary Jay's pain, you know, you sample Mary Jay on it was all a dream. You sample Biggie, of course,
6:00
right? What was your what was the concept behind that? Is that is that a thread?
6:07
It was me realizing that I chased my dream and then I caught it.
6:13
And I took accountability with not enjoying it. And I took accountability
6:19
with putting people before me. And I took accountability with without being not being happy for myself
6:25
and having survival remorse and you reing my streams and things that in
6:33
in that nature. And I never cared about it. You know what I'm saying? And it's
6:38
okay to not care about it, but you have to celebrate it. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like you don't have to be an artist and move. Like
6:46
that's all that matters. That's not the only thing that matters. But you matter. Yeah. Right. Because then it wouldn't have got done.
6:52
Mhm. So survivors remorse. Mhm. Man, we just had this conversation earlier on the show. People feeling
6:58
guilty because of their success and then people who are successful being penalized for it, right?
7:04
Yeah. That's the conversation we had today. Yeah. And so survivors remorse. You've experienced that.
7:09
Yeah. like just feeling like dang, I'm I'm at this level of success in my life
7:16
and I'm looking at other people that might have not hit that level of success that they want. Not saying that it's not
7:23
going to come, but it timing is everything. And I'm like, it's my time
7:29
and that's okay. So, it's your time. Lola Brook is here, man.
7:34
You say, uh, what's up with it? You say that you the best. Yeah. I'm quoting you.
7:40
Quoting your lyrics. You say you the best. Is that male and female? It's whatever. You know what I'm saying?
7:46
Whoever facts. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I compete with myself. I
7:53
don't compete with other artists. Okay. So, I have to be the best because I'm going to compete with the best and
7:58
that's me. I'm competing with me from yesterday. You know what I'm saying? [ __ ] Lola, you've come a long way since
8:04
I last. Listen, and when you compete with yourself, you can't lose.
8:10
You can't. Cuz even when you're your own competition, you're still like your past self is still a member of your current
8:17
self team. It's like, I got it. I got it yesterday. I'm a little off today, but I still got
8:22
it yesterday. So, that's stamped. Yeah. Don't matter. Lola, you seem so tapped into yourself right now. I'm just I'm trying to figure
8:28
out the previous project and the previous time. Were you feeling imposter
8:34
syndrome? Did you feel like you weren't deserving of anything you had at the time? I kept questioning God and you know
8:40
you're not supposed to do that. I'm like, are you sure? What you mean you sure? Girl, it's right in front of
8:45
your face. And I had to realize that yeah, I am one of the chosen ones.
8:50
And I've been dreaming it since a little girl. So it's like you get in adulthood and say those are not your dreams no
8:56
more. That that just don't make sense. Like live in your moment. Appreciate yourself and be grateful for the talent
9:02
that you have because not everybody gets that. It's a privilege to know your talent and
9:08
it's a privilege to know your purpose in life. Amen. [ __ ] Did you do some media training or
9:14
something? No, man. I'm just But this why I do music, you know, it helps express
9:19
myself. So, even talking about music, I'll be tapped in. I love that. Yeah, I'm tapped in with
9:26
you. Lola Brook is here. 8887423345. Uh, she got a great project, Tracy.
9:33
We've been talking about the project all day. I was telling Lola when she pulled up too, what I appreciate is she's at this
9:40
intersection of like grit and glamour, which I think plays into all of the
9:46
different layers that a woman can experience and express herself. And it makes me curious because you now have
9:53
such a vast understanding of your worth. Yes. Both as an artist but also as a human
9:59
being when you're in the studio, right? And you're in you're in locked in Lola
10:06
mode. Yes. What is it that you require in terms of
10:13
your people maybe in terms of even products or lighting ambiance and what
10:19
is it that you absolutely cannot have when it in terms of your creative process? Because I also feel like those
10:26
give us even more insight into your personality and your spirit. Yeah. All right. I ain't gonna front. I
10:33
need hookah. Okay. No, I balance it out with the tea and the honey.
10:38
Uhhuh. Need water. I got the tequila. Okay. I need some good grubs.
10:43
Um I love a good candle. Knock on front. Okay. Um the lights got to be dimmed down.
10:50
Um purple is cute. pink, blue, and when I
10:56
go red. Yeah. Oh, yeah. It's getting there. Um, and yeah, I just need good energy in
11:04
the room. And I like to record in the control room. Okay. Like I I don't go in the booth.
11:09
Uhhuh. So, I got to feel people energy. So, if you don't got no good energy in the room, you got to go. Have you ever had to kick somebody out
11:14
because their energy? Of course. I'm like, "Yo, text, yo, get son out. You got to go."
11:20
Who or she? Who? Who? Whoever Who you text? Who you sending that text to? Um, whoever the nearest the near Whoever
11:27
closest the closest one to the person that got to get out. I'm like, that's who get the text. I'm not mad at
11:34
that. Lola Brook said you got to protect it. You got to protect your energy. The pain song was incredible. Um, what
11:40
did Mary say when she heard it? I didn't I don't I I don't know that yet. Oh,
11:46
no. But I know she heard when she heard it, she had to she had to clear it. You know what I'm saying? So
11:51
I'm like I think she likes it cuz I don't think Mary is clearing something she don't like.
11:57
Like Mary is not one of them. Not at all. And I think you know a lot of folks like we we look at folks like
12:04
you as holding the baton. The the idea of passing the baton ain't
12:10
that's not what we're sharing the baton. You know what I mean? You know it's it's a sharing of the
12:15
baton. And um of course I would think she would clear this a great song. And then we're on the cusp of Salt and
12:22
Pepper being inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. That's right. You know, and I just think it's a good
12:27
time um for the the female MC, right? Um but not just that, for the amazing
12:34
great artists, right? And are your aspirations is to have a career that you know emulates
12:41
Mary Jay's and Salt and Peppers? Of course. They they paved the way.
12:46
It's like for them to pave the way. I don't want to be in the way. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like I'm not
12:52
here to waste the legacy time. Like I'm trying to do my big one for sure.
12:58
You talk about being the way in the song Excuse me. Right. Yeah.
13:03
Well, you say you say if I don't get my way, have a great day.
13:09
What does that mean? If I don't get my way, have a great day. We could agree to disagree. If you ain't rocking with it,
13:15
move aside. Get up. Get up out the way. That easy. That easy.
13:21
How do people react? Like you have to say that to a friend. I don't even talk much. I don't keep it
13:27
a buck. Like I It's in my eyes. If I stare at you too long. Yeah. You You did
13:33
something. Oh my. Hold on. What camera? Show me that. Can you show me that? Give us that step. Burn a hole through that camera.
13:39
Damn. Look at it, Tracy. This [ __ ] is hot. sites. I get I learned that from my mom's. I
13:45
learned Yeah. She never had to whoop you. She just stared at you. No. Yeah. That's what I'm saying. All
13:51
she had to do is just look at me and I was like, "Okay, but Okay. So, artists have always been
13:59
It's always been said that artists carry humongous egos. Okay. How do you discern whether someone
14:07
is giving you feedback that's valuable enough for you to sit with versus they're giving you criticism
14:14
that's just littering around you? Um when it doesn't fit who I am like um
14:21
it should always enhance who you are and not change who you are. So if I'm uncomfortable with doing it and
14:27
sometimes being uncomfortable is a great thing. So, I'm not saying that you're not supposed to feel uncomfortable. But
14:34
when something doesn't is not pleasing to your soul. It's like it just when you
14:39
second guess something, it ain't gonna work. And nine out of 10, I am stubborn. I'm not going to front.
14:44
So, my peoples could tell me something and I'll be like, but tomorrow I I'll be like,
14:50
"Okay, I I understand. I get it." But it got to fit for me first. You know what I'm saying? I got to think
14:56
about it. You can't just tell me something and I'm just going to go and do it. No, I got to sit with it and see if it fit in my agenda.
15:04
Yeah, I think a lot of up and coming artists should hear this interview.
15:09
Absolutely. Yeah. Not really because if you can adapt this mindset you have now
15:15
um in the beginning, man, could you imagine how empowering that would be? I mean, you you may
15:22
eliminate the journey a little bit that that it took to get you to this mindset, but you know, I was an artist once and I
15:28
wish I thought the way you're thinking now. When I look at you, these are admirable eyes and
15:33
it's coming from my long time ago, Lola Brookke, I was an artist. So, it's coming from that place.
15:39
I always have a place in my heart for artists. So, I'm really proud of you, man. Give this young lady a round
15:45
of applause. Thank you. Let's keep talking, man. Lola Brook is here. 8887423345.
15:52
It was all a dream. I bet. Let's go. Brook.
15:59
It was all a dream. Say that first line.
16:04
On which one? On the second or first? First verse. Oh, how I pulled up on it. What an angle. You said
16:10
I said got to start looking at life in different angles and thank God for my
16:15
angels. Your body shame me, but the skin tone maple. A bad [ __ ] from Brooklyn. Now they study all my angles.
16:24
[Laughter] It's obvious. I like you, Lolo Brook.
16:32
I like you too, Swag. Thank you. Who body shamed you?
16:38
Um because they always talking about, "Oh, she shaped like a boy. She shaped like a a kid." I'm a grown woman. And we
16:45
grown women don't like to hear things like that. Like I'm petite. I can't change my size. And then it come to a
16:52
point where it's like people body shame you and then when you go do something to your body they shame you again.
16:59
So it's like come on now. Yeah. Yeah. That that was a that's been
17:04
a lifetime thing or just kind of since this is new for me. Okay. You know what I'm saying? Like I started
17:10
getting into the rap game and then now I'm hearing so much opinions about my body and I'm like I never heard any
17:17
problems with it. I I back I be bagging them like you know like what
17:24
it's interesting women um who are on the shorter side. I think a lot more women
17:29
experience this that don't actually talk about it. And the reason why I say that is because I had to get checked and I had to learn the hard way. And so I have
17:36
a friend who you would call petite. Yeah. And I I made mention of size. I
17:41
think I said little. I said you're so mighty to be so little. Right. And she was a dear friend of mine. And she
17:47
really had a tough conversation with me. Um and I hurt her. Right. And I've
17:53
always been very cautious in terms of how I speak to women of a certain size,
17:58
right? And I don't think that we talk about that enough as a society in terms of we always talk about feminism and
18:04
minimizing women and silencing women's voices, but we often time overlook what we do when it comes to like their actual
18:09
physical size of short. We talk about weight. Yeah. Big, skinny, thick, but we don't really
18:14
talk about vertical in terms of height. Right. So, it's interesting. Mhm. I'm petite in size. My statue is is
18:22
small, but my voice isn't. So, Well, I think you're a giant if you ask
18:27
me. Hello. You know, and they don't they don't we don't body shame men like that. No, we don't.
18:34
There's always like a even when we're saying something about a negative about a guy who's short, we still attach king,
18:40
right? Like short king, right? There still is a positive even like to the negative aspect of it. Yeah. Like
18:46
what did you mean when you said they tried to cage me? I thought that was interesting. There was a line in there. They tried to put me in a cage.
18:53
Oh, what part? Maybe it was a chorus. Oh, maybe it's the hook. Oh yeah. Oh, like um boxing me in. Um
19:01
I dream big. So you can't go big on me. I'm already dreaming big. Like please,
19:09
man. Lola Brook, the realest, man. Giant. Yeah. Trying to nut inside a [ __ ] but they
19:15
ain't got nothing to lose. Word. That should be a [ __ ] t-shirt.
19:20
For real. Trying to nut inside. What is What is going on?
19:26
You trying to create a family or something? You got other things to be worried about. Boo.
19:32
What about wait but men are trapping women now.
19:37
I ain't going to friends going both ways now. Okay. There's some good men out here too. I want to make it seem like it's not good
19:42
men out here. Of course. Yeah. There's some good men out here that's getting trapped. They getting trapped. But everybody trapping everybody.
19:49
Yeah. Uh but that's it. I've never heard it from that perspective. Trying to nut inside of a [ __ ] but ain't got nothing
19:55
to lose. You ain't what that mean? You ain't got nothing going for you and you trying to create a life.
20:00
Yeah. You going to make it hard on all three of us. Yeah. Right. Right. Yes.
20:07
Think about it. Like we already in We already in trauma. You trying to put
20:12
my baby through that? Mhm. That's selfish. You is self. You got to go.
20:18
This whole album is like a book of affirmations, right? It's Is that
20:23
Yes. That's Yes. Yes, that's exactly how I wanted it to be looked at. So, it's
20:30
like if your back is against the wall, you listen to what's up with it. You you stand up for yourself.
20:35
If you feeling um like you need some inspiration, you need to be motivated.
20:41
Get money. You don't It ain't about just money in your pockets. Health is wealth.
20:47
You know what I'm saying? you feeling like um you going through it with your relationship right now, remember that in
20:53
invest is not just being um financially stable. Uh like feed your your your
20:59
spouse mind they spirit. You know what I'm saying? Like yeah I bet like excuse
21:05
me your mind cluttered. You overthinking tell them to get excuse me tell them
21:11
get the out the way. I need to think. I need to think. You know what I'm saying? Invest. You talk about valuing more than
21:18
money and and material riches. You need time, effort, and love. Yes, I do. I need a lot of you, too.
21:26
You're affectionate person. Yes. Okay. That's your love language. Yes. Touch.
21:31
What's yours, Mike? Action. Tracy, what's yours? Words of affirmation is my first one. I
21:37
think all of us require each love language. It just depends on what your preferences are, the order of
21:44
them, but words of affirmation. Talk to me nice. What do you think mine would be? Giving.
21:50
What's that? What do you What do you You're talking about what you offer, the love that you offer others. I would say
21:56
gifts is your number one, but I think you also really appreciate being on the receiving end of words of affirmation.
22:03
Yeah, I like words of affirmation. Yeah. Motivate me. Yeah. You know what I'm saying, please? cuz
22:10
I could talk to myself all day, but I don't I get tired of doing that sometimes. Like, can you talk to me?
22:15
I ain't mad at that. Lola Brook is here, man. Give her a big round of applause.
22:20
Who are these people that produced on your project? Because musically, um the
22:26
the the musicality of the project hooked me too because you dream big, you rap big, you
22:32
have a big voice. It's important that you have music that aligns with that all of those elements
22:38
as well. How did you put it together? Who are some of the producers? A lot of these producers are from New York City. So, we got Reefa Music, we
22:45
got Nizzy, we got Esdot, um Derek Milano,
22:51
and I feel like I'm missing out on somebody.
22:57
But they done a great job. All of them. Yeah. You know, whoever you missed out on.
23:02
Um the musicality to me separates what I'm hearing from a lot of other music right now. And I know that's important
23:08
to you. I'm going back to the best. I want to go ahead and and back that and say
23:14
right now Lola Brook is the best coming out of New York City. Yes. Way. One more talking.
23:21
Lola Brook is the best coming out of New York City. I'm listening to your bars. I'm listening to your delivery right now
23:27
with records that are out now. Mhm. And if people don't agree, go ahead and,
23:32
you know, raise the bar, you know, get in the booth. Pro prove it
23:38
in your project. Drop it. Drop it. Right. How many push-ups are you up to now?
23:43
Oh my god. Probably a good 100. 200. Get the [ __ ] out of there.
23:48
Wow. Straight through. Yeah. Cuz every time I see somebody, I'm doing 10. It might be
23:54
more than that, honestly. It might be like 200 for real. Every time I see somebody, I just did 20
24:01
today. This morning, you want you want to get down there?
24:07
You want to do 10? How you doing yours though? Move that camera over to that couch real
24:13
quick. Can everybody get off the couch for me for a second? Come on. Here we go. You about to do them elevated?
24:18
Yeah, I'mma go ahead and do mine elevated. All right, sis. We about to turn this into the gym. Sway, you cheating.
24:26
sway in the gym. Damn, this going to be Go get them, Lola. I doubt you.
24:32
No, no, that's how I'm going to do mine. Let's put the mic towards them, too. You got to do yours like this. You can
24:37
do yours how you want to do. You want to place this one? Yeah. Yeah. Yes. And he's supposed to be on his daily
24:42
push-up, Lola. But he skipped this morning. So, I'm glad you came in. Let's keep our guy on a regimen.
24:48
We doing 10, right? 10. Now he trying to show off.
24:53
Showing off. Not really. This ain't a competition. Same team. Ready? Yeah. Let's go. One, two,
25:01
three. Let's count them out. Four, five, six,
25:07
seven, eight, nine, 10. Let's go.
25:15
Let's go. Yeah. Who did that? I'm in pain.
25:22
[Music] Get money.
25:29
Big dog. You actually did that. Yeah. So now I did 30 today. Wow. But in heels.
25:36
Heels. Yep. I kept my heels on and did not break a sweat. Still looking gorgeous. Ever.
25:42
I'm tired. Your breath away. Ain't no joke, right?
25:48
It ain't no joke. Mhm. But I wanted people to know that it's real. Mhm. It is definitely real.
25:55
And even the fact that you working out. Mhm. You know, I think that's along that's aligned with this movement you have.
26:01
Yes. Yes. Right. How how long you been on that? I have No. See, that's the thing. I want
26:06
to start working out. So, I had to push myself. And I'm not someone that
26:11
whatever I put in my music is my lifestyle. So, if I put in the music, I got to do it. You got to do it. So now, yes, I'm out
26:19
here doing push-ups. And your music is built for gym playlist. That was the first thing I said about I bet. I'm like, I got to
26:26
take this to the to the squat rack real quick. It's like, I bet. Let's go to the gym. Do you feel like you when you invest in
26:32
your strength? When you invest in your physicality, that plays a role into your confidence.
26:38
Yes. Energy. Energy. I feed off energy. So when I feel good, I do good. I look
26:44
good. Mhm. Absolutely. How do you how do you balance your your friendships, your family, and your
26:50
personal relationships with your work now? By being honest, okay, if I can't do something, I just say that
26:57
I can't do it. I communicate. Okay. Communication is key. You know what I'm saying? Nobody's perfect. As long as I
27:04
told you in advance, then there's no surprises. So, be straight. Is that your same approach for conflict
27:10
resolution? Because I know in the first track you speak about um folks putting subs in their captions and people who
27:17
are doubting you and I wondered if these were folks that used to be in your inner circle or if these are you know f
27:24
random people. Yeah. Yeah. I deal with them on my tongue.
27:32
I like that. You feel me? Why am I still breathing? Damn.
27:38
I'm not sweating. Huh? I'm like, "Yo, tell me this." But that's a good point, Sway. I was
27:43
going to ask you, Lola, are you doing the workouts in order to help with your breath control as you're rapping on
27:48
stage? I feel like a lot of rappers don't focus on cardio and breath control, right? And so, I'm wondering, how do you
27:54
approach that thought process? That's why I'm running on stage. I feel like I be working out on stage, too. I'll be running to the left, running to
28:00
the right side, going in the middle. I work the entire stage. So, that alone,
28:05
I'm building my stamina up for sure. But now I got to take it to the gym. My ankle friend.
28:10
Um, you you know I see a lot of the same people around you that I saw years ago.
28:16
Yeah. You know, one is my brother as I mentioned. You know, talk about that. This, you know, young sav Kendall been,
28:22
you know, before they knew Kendall. Oh, they don't call you that. My bad, dog.
28:28
Zane. Ken. Oh, my bad. Ken,
28:33
[Music] my bad. Yeah, my bad. I'll edit it out.
28:39
But just team is so important. You look around here, we have a good time, but my
28:44
team is solid as a rock. You know what I mean? You don't hear us in no controversies and [ __ ] like that. But talk about team,
28:52
picking a team, cuz there's a lot of young artists that's listening to you who don't know how to pick the right
28:57
team. Yep. Before going to Arista, I had team 80. So, it's like I like to I like for
29:03
things to feel like a family. You know what I'm saying? And you keep your circle extremely tight
29:09
because when something get out there, you know where it came from. You know what I'm saying? And don't and
29:15
and when the circle is tight, don't nobody ever want to cross one another. You know what I'm saying? You you nobody nobody want to be in a
29:22
hot seat. You feel me? And what's yours is mine was mine is yours. And we protect the fort. M
29:29
when you want your team to feel like family, does that mean it would be easy for you to hire family to be a part of
29:34
your team or is that like a different Oh, no. No. Family. No. It don't have to be by blood.
29:40
Family is just it's a it's a feeling. You know what I'm saying? Like family, you create that. Can be choice.
29:46
It's by choice for sure. All right. Well, Lola, I love it, man. I'mma go take a nap.
29:53
My arms are tired, but um I just want to say congratulations to you. Thank you. I appreciate it.
29:59
I bet. I bet. Out now. Out now. Get this album. We played about
30:04
three songs. I feel we going to play another one because we believe in it and we will be supporting
30:11
you daily. I can't wait to see you live. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We got to Yo, you know
30:17
what? Don't even trip. We going to get that. When y'all go when y'all come to the West Coast, we
30:23
got some stages. Yeah. Yes. you know, so we could we could connect some things with Sirius XM and
30:28
do something um even more robust than what we're doing now. I love the West Coast, too.
30:33
Okay, come on out, man. You know, we're both places. You know, come catch that energy. Lola Brook, y'all give her a big round of
30:40
applause. Yeah, she's a real one. Anything else you like to say? I like to say I bet you heard. Make sure
30:47
y'all go stream that. What's up with it? Get money and make sure y'all go look out for pain.
30:53
There it is. Lola Brook looking amazing. Congratulations to you and your team. Let's get some money. Torch shave for
30:59
five.
