What you're doing right now, it's not working. Give this a try. Yeah

Give it a try for a couple of weeks and know that sometimes you do feel

like you're not doing enough, but God, it works. It works. For someone in my position where I had a family already

and I was a senior at a public accounting firm, my time is precious

I don't wanna waste time. I don't wanna waste the little time I get to be me

and enjoy my life with my family. I don't wanna dedicate it to studying

without a return on that investment of the time. I will go to my grave saying, this is the way

And if it worked for me, it can work for anyone. Thank you so much for just putting this out there

and just basically changing my life because if it wasn't for that ad

I guarantee you I wouldn't be a CPA today. That's a lot to take credit for

but yes, I'm so glad I could help you. The study process just becomes this all-consuming thing

that's just terrible when, like you explained, if you just know how to study correctly

you have to put in time and they're hard, but it's not this huge ordeal

It doesn't have to be this weight around your neck. For me, it made it easier to procrastinate

when it was like, well, I mean, it's this insurmountable thing because I would have to study for three hours every day

and I'm not gonna find that time. The study tips I think really got

kind of connected the dots for me and made that happen. So it was pretty sweet

So yeah, I basically did that for all four tests and I passed all four of them

I think I started in November of 2019 and I passed my fourth test reg

like in February of 2020. As soon as I passed, yeah, it was like a super condensed period of time

I had failed like a bunch of exams, like I think probably like 10 or 12 thousands of dollars

essentially down the toilet. So like for me, it was a hugely valuable investment

There are three main obstacles that make the CPA exams so difficult to pass

Some people struggle with one or two of these things, but a lot of candidates struggle with all three

So the three obstacles are first, time, whether that means finding enough time to study each day

or sticking to your study schedule, just the issue of time. The second issue is general overwhelm

So that can mean getting lost in the sea of material that is your review course

Going along with that is just the general question of how to actually study

And then the third one is retention. You go through a study plan for six weeks

and realize at the end that you've forgotten huge portions of what you studied

So you need to try to relearn it all in a week or two. So what if I told you the study process

does not have to be this all consuming thing that takes a year and a half

You could get better results from the time that you do spend studying

with your current review materials, by the way, and you literally can spend less time

sitting in front of your review course each day. And I think I got through the material

in four weeks working overtime. I went and took BEC kind of thinking

I might fail this exam. I studied about half the time I studied for the others

I was like, but I stuck to the super fast method. So maybe it'll work out

And I made a 90. So it was like, or I made a 91

I made a 91. That was actually my highest grade. And I was like, well, okay, I guess this method works
