When it comes to trying to remember all the things that you've previously studied

what if there was a hard way of doing it that didn't work that well and then a much easier way that was much more effective

So what I would say is the hard way is, again, the standard study approach

where you spend a ton of time and effort trying to master the concepts

from a lesson the first time you go through it and then you move on to other lessons as the weeks go by

You never look back at previous lessons all the way up until your final review

So essentially what has happened is a big portion of all that time and effort

you spent mastering the topic the first time through was just a waste of time

if you forget half of it by the time you get to your final review and you have to relearn it all in just a week or two

So the much easier way and much more effective way of doing it

is building re-review into your daily study process so that you are constantly and consistently strategically going back

specifically to the previous lessons you've already been through so that as the weeks go by, you're consistently layering

on the understanding and retention of the previous topics you've been through
