Trying to study after work is usually a losing proposition, whereas starting the day off

with a two-hour study session, this has countless benefits. Here are a few reasons why

First of all, your mind is fresh. Your ability to focus and understand material first thing in the morning is much higher

than after a day of work. Studying will feel easier and you'll retain much more and you won't have to sit there

and try to get yourself in the mode for the first hour. The second reason is there's no distractions

There's nothing like studying in a quiet house or in a quiet environment

And early in the morning, there's nothing else going on. There's no distractions
