Tempe, United States - August 07, 2026 08/06/2026 10:00 pm GMT-0700 HOLLYWOOD HILLS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A performer moved into a furnished billboard above Sunset Boulevard on Thursday as part of a promotional campaign for Netflix's upcoming film "The Last House." The installation, located at Sunset Boulevard and Selma Avenue, features a living room about 30 feet above the ground. Over the next few days, the performer will interact with commuters and passersby using a whiteboard from within the enclosed space. Videos on social media show the performer waving to crowds and engaging in daily activities, including using binoculars to view the Sunset Strip. Netflix explains that the installation reflects the film’s premise, where a family of four is trapped in their home amid dwindling resources and a mysterious threat. The film stars Greta Lee and Wagner Moura, and is directed by Louis Leterrier. This installation follows the recent reopening of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood after repairs to a major water main break near Holloway Drive.
