Salad and Go, a popular Phoenix based drive thru chain founded in Gilbert Arizona, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and has announced it will be permanently closing all remaining locations in Arizona and Nevada. The company stated that the final day of operations will be August 5th 2026.
