US, Phoenix: Phoenix Man In Critical Condition After Stabbing On Indian School Road Graphic Content.

Phoenix, United States - July 24, 2026 07/24/2026 04:21 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Officers with the Phoenix Police Department and firefighters with the Phoenix Fire Department responded to reports of a stabbing in the 2600 block of West Indian School Road shortly after 4:20 a.m. Friday. Police arrived and located an adult male victim who was stabbed and unresponsive in the center median between eastbound and westbound lanes of Indian School Road just east of 27th Avenue. Officers began performing chest compressions on the victim as firefighters were responding to the location. Firefighters arrived and took over performing CPR as they attached a LUCAS device to the victim to perform automated chest compressions. The victim was transported to a local area hospital in extremely critical condition. Police have closed Indian School Road in both directions between 27th Avenue and Interstate 17 as they investigate the incident.
