US, Los Angeles: San Dimas Possible Mom Gives Birth To Baby Off 57 Fwy.

Los Angeles, United States - August 27, 2026 08/27/2026 12:11 am GMT-0700 SAN DIMAS, Calif. – The Los Angeles County Fire Department's Station 141 responded to a report of a birth near the intersection of Via Verde and the 57 Freeway in San Dimas. Upon arrival, emergency personnel found a mother holding her possible newborn baby, wrapped in a blanket, as she was assisted into the back of an ambulance. A male, believed to be the father, joined them in the ambulance. Both the mother and baby were transported to a local hospital. Firefighters first arrived at the scene where a black SUV was parked off the 57 Freeway at Via Verde.
