The British star later took to Instagram to reassure fans that she was "doing okay" before cancelling a string of shows to focus on her health. Earlier this year, Lola told The Times that she is in "drugs recovery”. Meanwhile, in a separate interview with Rolling Stone, the singer admitted that she "wasn't in a good place" at the time of the incident after previously being diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and ADHD. ”If I'm gonna be honest with you, the enjoyment was deteriorating," she said of her rise to fame. ”Just small things that I had to do: an interview, a piece of promo. I just didn't know all the stuff that comes with it. But I wasn't in a good place, and there's two sides of the coin…"
